M &L Preparing unsurfaced WMM surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms, and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc and for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer RS-1 @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer RS-1 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over bituminous macadam etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content using paving bitumen) by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer RS-1 @ 2.5kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content( paving bitumen VG- 30) by weight of total mix all as per job mix formula, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The contractors quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following elements (i) The contractor shall got the mix design done through Govt approved lab and same shall be got approved from GE before incorporating in the work. (ii) In case variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quanity of bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines,dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exe 10cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacutres insturction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

M & L for prepration of old painted surfaces of stone/concrete and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete alll as specfied and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 50 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs road safety Convex mirror model No OS-790 from OSCAR safety solutions or other equivalent approved make 80 CM dia, including fixing on 100mm bore GI pipe medium grade with total height of 2.00 mtr duly painted including excavation in post holes in hard/dense soil , filling of mass concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation (0.3mx0.3mx0.4m), removal of surplus soil and making good existing surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer in charge including taking down old unserviceable one.

S&F for Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs for solar delineators which has red blinker and charged by soilar energy fitted on MS pipe of 50 mm dia. dully powder coated, anti rust and anti thsft steel net including excavation of post holes in hard/ dense soil, filling of mass concrete type D-2 ( 1:4:8 ) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in foundation ( 0.30.x 0.30 x 0.60 m ), removal of surplus soil and making good with existing surfaces complete all as directed by Engr -in - charge ( Make : Sun Eye SE 202 or equivalent approved by GE). etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge.
