Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in rocks including spreading in low laying area and leveling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agregate in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of sqared rubble,regular coursed, well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted ,built in (laterite stone)1;4 mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement over stone/block masonry surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Grenite (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut , bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including granding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 usng 40mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supplying and staking of good soil well sieved 90% to pass through IS sieves of 10mm size free from stones rubbish like lumps stones roots and other foreign materials suitable for gardening, the soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of the soil generally red incl cost of all royality and carrage all tools, plants, taxes, octroi etc all complete as specified, directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Stack measurement of earth shall be reduced by 20% for payment towards voides.

Supply only at site dump manure well decayed, well dried,well powdered, without closes and free from stones, dried grass and other rubbish materials complete as specified, directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.. The colour of the manure shall be black. The manure screened through sieve at 1:5 designation 4.75 micron incl carriage at site. The manure will be measured by measuring box. Note : Solid sludge/ manure measuremnt shall be reduced by 8% for payment.

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in proportion of 2:1 incl watering spreading and leveling complete all as specified of required thickness and as directed.

Planting Large feature trees : supply & planting of best quality healthy plants at site in 0.75 x 0.75 x 1.2M (LxBxD) filling the pit with fresh garden soil/silt, sand and manure in ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) mixing soil and manure thoroughly well, levelling as directed, watering previous night, planting 1 or 2 year old healthy and 1.2 M tall specific feature trees sappling as per specification, watering, weeding, stirring of soil replacing of casualties etc complete as specified, directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Excavation & removing of surplus soil of pit shall be included in this item. (ii) Supply and good earth and manure shall be measured and paid seperately under item No 11, 12 & 13 respectively. (a) Geiger - 40 Nos (b) Orchid - 40 Nos (c) Gulmohar - 25 Nos- (d) Tulip - 25 Nos (e) Casia Alata - 12 Nos (f) Erythrina Crystagalli - 16 Nos (g) Champa - 12 Nos NOTE :- Complete maintenance of grass and plants (saplings) for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of plantation and deploying a horticulturists/gardener to maintain ensure adequate watering to grass/plants two times a day throughout the maintenance period. (iii) Greenery shall be maintained as per terms and conditions as specified in P.S. clauses.

Planting Large feature trees : supply & planting of best quality healthy plants at site in 0.75 x 1.0 x 1.5M (LxBxD) filling the pit with fresh garden soil/silt, sand and manure in ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) mixing soil and manure thoroughly well, levelling as directed, watering previous night, planting 1 or 2 year old healthy and 1.2 M tall specific feature trees sappling as per specification, watering, weeding, stirring of soil replacing of casualties etc complete as specified, directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Excavation & removing of surplus soil of pit shall be included in this item. (ii) Supply and good earth and manure shall be measured and paid seperately under item No 11, 12 & 13 respectively. (A) Palm trees (i) Queen sago palm - 07 Nos (ii) Fern sago palm - 04 Nos (iii) Royal palm -07 Nos (iv) Fox tail palm -08 Nos (v) Traglers palm -06 Nos (vi) washingtonia palm - 06 Nos (vii) Phoenix palm - 07 Nos (B) Coconut trees- 10 Nos NOTE :- Complete maintenance of grass and plants (saplings) for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of plantation and deploying a horticulturists/gardener to maintain ensure adequate watering to grass/plants two times a day throughout the maintenance period. (iii) Greenery shall be maintained as per terms and conditions as specified in P.S. clauses.

M&L for preparation of ground for planting bermude/doob grass/korean grass as approved by Engr-in-Charge and uprooting of unwanted vegetation/weeds including supplying good earth. If needed & wartering etc complete. Note : (a) Good earth shall be paid seperately (b) Upto 25% amount shall be retained till grass forms a thick layer & only released after satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/GE NOTE :- Complete maintenance of grass and plants (saplings) for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of plantation and deploying a horticulturists/gardener to maintain ensure adequate watering to grass/plants two times a day throughout the maintenance period. (iii) Greenery shall be maintained as per terms and conditions as specified in P.S. clauses.
