Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls for inserting angle iron trusses/ rafters, depth of embedded portion measured from the face of the jamb into the wall, exc one brick but n exc two bricks and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping or bed block at security wall and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound, in CM 1:4 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement upto the height of bldg roof including necessary formwork/ scaffolding /ladders and safety belt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: waterproofing compound shall be measured separately

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamfered on edges and formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering with cement mortar 1:3, mixed with water proofing compound, on concrete roof surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: waterproofing compound shall be measured separately

Material and labour for APP modified waterproofing treatment over existing RCC roof slab with following specification including brushing off the surface to receive the treatment obtain the required surface complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.4lit/Sqm of density 0.87-0.89Kg/lit of 250C on the prepared dry roof surface. (b) Laying 4mm thick APP membrane weight not less than 3.90 kg per sqm by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorized applicator of manufacturer of APP membrane. (c) Over the membrane provide 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement. (d) Provision of 250x250x22mm thick machine pressed cement concete tiles with minimum thicknes of joint (not exc.3mm) are thoroughly filled with water proof polymer based joint mortar. Material and labour for APP modified waterproofing treatment to parapet wall with following specification including brushing off the surface to receive the treatment obtain the required surface complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.4lit/Sqm of density 0.87-0.89Kg/lit of 250C on the prepared dry roof surface. (b) Laying 4mm thick APP membrane weight not less than 3.90 kg per sqm by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorized applicator of manufacturer of APP membrane. (c) Over the membrane provide a solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 100ml/ Sqm prescribed by manufacturer complete all as specified. Material and labour for removing vegetation, trees, plants and shrubs etc in any position by cutting hole into brick wall / concrete surfaces (for removing the roots of trees/plants) area not exceeding 0.50sqm each and using acid to burn the all roots of tree/plants and making good disturbed surfaces with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and including making good adjoining surface with existing finishes all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The unit quoted rate shall be deemed to include WPC & necessary scaffolding as required.

Note: Deduct Credit for demolished / dismantled material of Rs. (-) 1,07,950.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit. Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'
