M&L for structural repairs to columns, beams, slabs and chajjas at maximum height of 16 mts including scaffolding and safety measurements completely all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge in following steps as mentioned below 1) Chipping , Removing,Carefullly Loose Concrete work by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc. complete as directed. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 2) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) 3) M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 4) M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed. 5) M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit upto 40mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed. 6) M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10+5mm) polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces including finishing the surface of top layer even and smooth complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, preparation for Acrylic emulsion and applying applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces

Same as per item No 4 above but M&L for rendering 10mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces including finishing the surface of top layer even and smooth complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, preparation for distempering and applying two coat of oilbound distemper over a coat of primer including stopping of nails holes,cracks etc and 1 mm thick (minimum) white cement based wall care putty on old surfaces of walls etc, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Same as per item No 4 above but M&L for rendering 5mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces including finishing the surface of top layer even and smooth complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing CRS TMT bars any dia in various structural RCC elements like columns, beams, Slabs etc. including cutting, bending, fixing of bars with welding/ tying as required at site with & including binding wires etc. and all relevant works like anchoring of the bars in the existing RCC Members, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming V grooves in plaster n exc 5 mm deep and n exc 5 mm on face and filling cracks with crack X paste of M/s Dr fixit or with eequivalent of M/s STP Ltd including necessary scaffolding

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, including all necessary scaffolding as required and rubbishing off the premises, etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC/GE

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even and fair.

M&L for providing leakage/seepage proof coating by applying primeseal primer of Dr fixit or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd under torch dry condiiton and subsequently applying two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system rain coat select system of M/s Dr fixit or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd over prepared surfaces including necessary scaffolding Note The afore said treatment shall be got executed by the contractor frpom authorised applicator of the manufacturer and also necessary documents in support of the above shall be submitted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters, alphabets or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high using synthetic enamel paint in language all as specified by EIC/GE.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.(Any Size/Capacity)

i) Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, outside MD land ii) M&L for preparation of surface including cleaning of all dirts and provide the following water proofing treatment in Accessible Roof/Inaccessible Roof & terrace, narrow width over the roof gutter of store houses or chajjas etc. iii) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.25 gm/Sqm manufacturer by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87-0-89 Kg litr at 25 c on the prepared dry roof surface provide and lay APP modified water proofing membrance reinforced with non wooven polyster matt with physical properties as under :- (aa) Membrane Weight - not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm (ab) Non woven polyster weight - 160 gm /Sqm (ac) Joint Tensile strength Longiutinal - 650 N/Sqcm Tranverseand longitudnal - 350/Sqcm (ad) Tear strength Longiutinal - 300N /cm Tranverse - 250N/cm Direction (ae) Impermeability underwater pressure 2Kgf/Sqcm (iv) APP membrane shall be laid using butaretorch by Torch on application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrance shall be got, done through an authroiset applicate of Manufacture of membrane. (v) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium to inaccesible roof. paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course over RCC roof/ terrace surfaces to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC(water proofing compound) as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".
