Repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water and scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size & again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm, using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparing unsurfaced Water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags removal of all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10kg/10sqm (using paving bitumen) all as specified and as directed

-Do- all as per Sl item No. 5.00 hereinbefore but on existing black top surfaces and applying evenly priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg/10sqm all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for laying bituminous premix semidense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade, laying with mechanical paver & rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹60 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side.

Material & labour for premix bituminous macadam, 75mm or less consolidated thickness by using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with binder content @ 4% by weight of total mix, laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying Retro reflective Thermoplastic road marking paint material in white/yellow colour pattern as specified strips, 3mm thick width or girth as per manufacturer's instructions on black top surfaces of road including cleaning of road surface, free from dust & moisture & putting in glass beads of standard size by dropping method complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing in repairs Glow studs (cat's eye) of size 80 to 100 mm X 80 to 100 mm X 15 to 20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The cats eye shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35⁰ ± 5⁰ to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs polycarbonate Convex mirror of dia 100 cm with adjustable fixing bracket including vertical SS pipe not less then 100mm dia and 6mm thickness (height of ss pipe not less than 1.20m),ss plates size 30cmx30cmx6mm, post holes, PCC bedding of size 45x45x90 cm, synthetic enamel painting etc all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Grade of steel shall be grade 316

Supply & fixing in repairs of retro reflective sign board made out of ACP sheet 3mm thick and pesting the high intensity prismatic taps on back ground in required colour both side writing including pasting of insignia as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & fixing in repairs 63mm dia outer dia, buffed stainless steel pipe, 3mm thick (SS 316 grade) with half round cap as in posts complete as shown in sketch and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs 32mm square pipe of buffed stainless steel 1.5mm thick, of grade SS 316 pipe with half round cap in back support as shown in sketch and fuxed as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings & mass concrete etc all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for premium quality yellow and black colour SW065ABS Plastic Speed Breaker size 250mm x 370mm x 65mm, with 25mm Water Crossing Drainage facility,Load Capacity 80ton,04nos (Plastic Glass Reflector) in each 250mm length,8mm thick,35 ton Force Endure Capacity, Working Temperature (-5 to 65 Degree), Hidden Interlocking, with strong partation supprt 3mmx110mm, including all necessary fittings such as nail ,nut boltes etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Solar stud of width - 120 to 125mm, Length-130 to 135mm, height with stump 55mm, stump dia 26mm, made of weather resistance aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by the Engineer in charge. The cats eye shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35⁰ ± 5⁰ to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM E: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 :1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The solar panel shall be high efficiency mono crystalline 2.5 V/60 m A and the battery shall be one Ni-mh type (1.2 V/1200 m Ah) high temp for backup of 36 hours full charging. The flash frequency shall be 60 ± 5 times per minute.

Supply & fixing post delineators (road way indicators) 1000 mm high (above GL) 75 mm dia having 125mm wide 2 strip and 17-18 mm wide 3 strips of high intensity prismatic type, high panel pasted with retro reflective Type IV high intensity prismatic grade sheeting in twin colours conforming to IRC 67- 2012 mounted on mild steel pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated with anti-corrosive paint and embedded 200 mm below ground level including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 250 mm X 250 mm X 250 mm and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.
