Supply and fixing of entry sign board for Elevators suitable up to G+15 floors, made of stainless steel SS 304, 18 SWG (rust free) having size not less than 40 cm x 10 cm (L&W) along with black letters and symbol showing Officer or General at Nofra complete with all fittings arrangements and make good the surface after replacing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Emergency contact number board for Elevators car cabin made of stainless steel SS 304, 18 SWG (rust free) having size not less than 20 cm x 20 cm (LxW) along with black letters at outlying area of Nofra complete with all fittings arragements and make good the surface after replacing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm galvanised iron strip.

Supply and fix aluminium strip of size 25X4 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above gound from test point to lift machine room to be terminated to the control panel, machine and other equipment installed in machine room including taking down old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix aluminium strip of size 32X6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above gound from test point to lift machine room to be terminated to the control panel, machine and other equipment installed in machine room including taking down old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Matrial and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel up to the test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to lifts including PCC chamber pit, RCC cover, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe of 50 mm dia for earth lead and 20mm GI pipe for watering , excavation and earth work in any type of soil, filling the pit with charcol and common salt surrounding the earth plate complete including connecting up to test point and testing on completion including taking down old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for required Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing, laying PVC insulated XLPE, armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 4 core 10 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe/ ducts or fixed on wall etc taking down old unserviceable cable ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying including testing cable PVC insulated XLPE, armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 70 Sqmm laid in trenches/through pipe /ducts or fixed on wall etc complete all connections to LT panel with proper size glands & lugs including taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying including testing and commissioning PVC insulated XLPE, armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 95 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe /ducts or fixed on wall etc complete all connections to LT panel with proper size glands & lugs taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying including testing and commissioning PVC insulated XLPE, armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 120 Sqmm laid in trenches/through pipe /ducts or fixed on wall etc taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & directed.

Matrial and labour for 20mm thick granite slab (of any type) tiles machine cut, mirror polished set on vertical surfaces allround with lift facial elevation including back casting in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick and joint filling with white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite for lift architrave including taking down all granite at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder Pillar Panel CPRI approved mounted on angle iron frame grouted on floor,cubical outdoor type, with both side opening with minimum size 900 x 900 x 500mm or as per existing size of all breakers and controls, for 415V, 3 phase, made of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet weather, vermin proof factroy fabricated, CPRI approved, front open hinged door with locking arrangement powder coated, individual compartment for MCCBs and 400 Amps rated Aluminium bus bar, top and bottom cable entry including disconnecting cable connections Panel and fixing/connecting in new installed panel with provisions of thimble/lugs and necessary framework and PCC foundation including shifting of existing (old) LT Panel, if any, making arrengement for fixing of panel and making good to disturbed surface as directed comprising of the following :- (a) MCCB 250 Amps, 36 KA, FP - 01 Nos (b) MCCB 100 Amps, 25 KA, FP - 02 Nos (c) MCB DP 40 Amps - 04 Nos (d) Control panel wiring with 2.5 sq mm multistranded, PVC insulated copper conductor cable between voltmeter, Ammeter, and their selector switch complete with CTs of ratio 250/5 A- 1 Nos ,100/5 A - 2 Nos, voltmeter flush pattern type 96 mm square dial -1 nos, Ammeter digital CT operated 96 mm square dial flush pattern type -3 Nos, indication lamp for 3 phase and control fuses-3 Nos complete . Taking down old MCCBs and Supply & fixing in new MCCBs 125 Amps 415 V 16 KA 4 pole thermal magenetic adjustable type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductors 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC non-metallic casing and caping of size not less than 25mm width, ISI marked with accessories fixed on wall/ ceiling/ truss etc with PVC non metallic ISI marked terminal boxes/ modular boxes surfacing on wall including one FRLS PVC insulated & sheathed multistranded green colour copper conductor 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth as earth dolly for :-

Supply and fixing in repairs MCB SPN 40 to 63 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in Charge.
