Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for out door use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 3 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 50mmx50mmx5mm having front and rear open hinged doors with front openable shutters for each MCCB with spreader with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bas bar made but of aluminium strips of rating 100 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , Ammeter,CTs and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of height 45 cm from ground level and white washing to the platform all as specified and equipped with the following items :- Make of MCCB : Legrand, Siemens, Schneider.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Supply and fix thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry with terminal of size 167 x 125 x 82 mm on pole with MS clamps, nut bolts, washers and glands suitable for 16 sq mm 04 core cable and all as specified and directed . Make- HANSELCat No. K 9105, Neptune.

M & L for preparing surfaces of LT electric poles of any type size including street light brackets, bracket clamps, cable protection pipe, terminal box, stay etc of any sizes and shape & dusting, cleaning the surface complete and applying one coat of aluminium paint completely including painting strips on poles with one coats of sky blue and white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Integral LED Ground mounted Bollard Inverted pyramid tripod LED bollard with soft 360 degree light with a system lumen output of 300 lumens and a minimum system efficency of 35 lm/W. The luminaire shall have a rated system lifetime of 25,000 buring hours at L70. The luminare should have a color temperature of 3000K and CRI75. The luminaire shall meet IP65 & IK10 rating with THD 20% and PF 0.9. The luminaire housing should made of pressure die cast aluminium with polycarbonate diffuser. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of integral driver LED street light fitting 45 watt with a nominal system lumen output of 4500 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 100 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature (CCT5000K) and a CRI70. The luminaire shall meet IP66 rating with THD20% & Pf0.9. The luminaire housing should be made of pressure die cast aluminium with a flat glass optical coverall as specified and directed . All as per item No 21 above but 1.5 sq mm cable size and 1.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 6 amps on Independent board.

All as per item No 21 above but 2.5 sq mm cable size with 2.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 16 Amps on independent board.

Note for Item No. 17 to 23 :- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing box/wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The quoted rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.
