Board notice :-Overall size shall be all as shown on drg. All wood shall be first class teak wood.19 mm thick soft board shall be fixed in side of frame over which best quality green blaze cloth as approved by GE shall be fixed as shown on drg.Aluminium flat of 63mmx3.25mm shall be provided all around at back of board.On front side 22mmx10mm aluminium channel shall be provided in side of particle board frame to house 4mm thick glass shutter. Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair dining cushioned :-Overall size shall be all as shown on drg.All wood shall be first class teak wood.The size of the legs shall be 40x50mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg.75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of foam covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg.Side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 40x50mm..Four teak wood vertical stiffeners of section 20x30mm shall be fixed in back of chair. 25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs. Make of cushion:- Sleepwell/Kurlon/Godrej interio Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair easy :- overall size shall be all as shown on drg.All wood shall be first class teak wood. The cane shall be 2 mm wide 0.4 mm thick half round and woven in godrej pattern. Hard rubber/PVC shoe shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs as per drg. Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair writing :-The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric as approved by GE and moulded polyurethane foam of approved make with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Make of cushion:- Sleepwell/Kurlon/Godrej interio Finish & Paint :-All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in seven stages tank process. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab.

Charpoy IP hard top :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 guage MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx1.6mm welded to long and short rails as shown on drg. Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx1.6mm shall be provided on equal distance between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx1.6mm shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick BWR plywood ISI mark 303 grade shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt. PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each legs. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Make of Plywood : Archidply/Century/Green Ply Finish & Paint : All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in seven stages tank process. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab.

Chair verandah :- Overall size shall be on all as shown drg.Frame shall be 20 mm dia MS conduit of wall thickness 1.6 mm made to shape as shown on drg. 3mm thick flat iron plate shall be welded at the bottom of all legs. Caning shall be done with 4mm wide cane in mat pattern or as directed by Engineer-in-charge in the seat, back and hand rest portion. PVC/hard rubber shoes shall be provided to the bottom of all legs. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Finish & Paint : All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in seven stages tank process. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab.

Chair w/o arms (tubular steel) :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing.Frame shall be 25 mm dia MS conduit of wall thickness 1.6 mm made to shape as shown on drg. 04 Nos steel strip of size 19 mmx 3mm at front and rear shall be welded to frame as directed by Engr-in-charges. Hard rubber/PVC shoe shall be fixed. as per drg .Cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4 mm thick.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Finish & Paint : All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in seven stages tank process. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab.

Foam w/o back :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing.Steel frame shall be provided 25 mm square tube 16 gauge. Wooden seat shall be of TW in one piece of size 1525 mm long 255mm wide and 25 mm thick bolted to frame as per drg.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Finish & Paint : All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in seven stages tank process. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab.

Hot case :-Overall size shall be all as shown on drg. All wood shall be first class teak wood. Top shall be provided 25 mm thick polished marble stone slab. Whole sturture shall be made of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE) . Base shall be made of TW of size of legs 45mmx45mm at top and 30mmx30mm at bottom with side stiffners as per drgs. Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rack side :-Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. Four mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm shall be provided as legs and shall be 810mm high. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Finish & Paint : All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in seven stages tank process. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab.

Receptacle :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. The receptacle shall be of capacity 20 ltrs. The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickness not less than 2.5mm, provided with swivel lid and handles on both sides as shown in drg. Make -Cello, Tupperware, Amko or equivalent as shown in drg.

Safe meat & milk :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. All wood shall be first class teak wood.Top shall be 25 mm thick polished marble stone. Back/bottom shall be of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE) Polish & Finish:-All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be Melamine polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Side board :-Overall size shall be all as shown on drg. 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood, laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE) shall be provided at top, Sides shall be 450mm wide and 675mm high18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood, laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE). Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space and telescopic channel to be provided to each drawer as directed by Engr-in-charge. The shutters shall be of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood, laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE) . 4 mm thick half round TW beading without joint shall be provided alround the front shutters and front of shelves. All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long. In addition wooden base frame to be provided with 925 mm long rail of size 25x40 mm both sides, 300 mm short rail of size 25x40 mm both side and 45x45 mm legs to each coners at 75 mm height as directed by Engr-in-charge. Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sofa set 03 seater :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. The sofa set shall consist of one large three seat piece All wood shall be of first class well seasoned teak wood (MP). The cushion shall be of size 4" and of 40 density as approved by GE. Cushion shall be covered with best quality tapestry cloth not less then Rs. 250/Mtr and as apporoved by GE. PVC hard rubber shoes of 25 mm dia shall also be provided to bottom of all legs with 20 mm long screws. Make of cushion: Sleepwell/Kurlon/Featherlite/Godrej interio Polish & Finish:-All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be Melamine polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table peg :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drg.All wood shall be first class MP teak.The top shall be of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE). 4 mm thick half round teak wood beading without joints shall be provided all round the top of table.280 mm long of two Nos short rails of size 20x40 mm to be provided at top and centre rail of size 20x50 mm shall also be provided lengthwise at centre in between the side bottom rails as directed by Engr-in-charge. Hard rubber/PVC shoe shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs as per drg. Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table centre two tier :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drg.All wood shall be first class MP teak. 430 mm long of two Nos short rails of size 20x50 mm to be provided at top. The top and bottom tier shall be of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE). 4 mm thick half round teak wood beading without joints shall be provided all around.Legs shall be made out of size 60mmx40mm and 515 mm high. Bottom short rail of teak wood of size20x50mm shall be provided between legs, centre bottom stiffener of size 20x50mm shall be provided between bottom short rails as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs as per drg. Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table dining 06 persons :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drg. All wood shall be first class MP teak.The top shall be of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE). 4 mm thick half round teak wood beading without joints shall be provided all round the top of table. 08 Nos trianguler wooden bracket of size 25mmx100mm shall be fixed at the junction of legs with top rails. Hard rubber/PVC shoe shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs as per drg. Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table office clerk steel :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing 25 mm MS square tube 16 gauge shall be provide to frame 20 gauge mm thick MS sheet nominal all around for drawer.Top shall be of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE) and 4 mm thick half round teak wood beading without joints shall be provided all around of top.Three drawers shall be provided on right hand sides of table.All sheet of table shall be 20 gauge.Hard rubber shoes shall also be provided to the bottom of legs.Rest all as per drgs. Make of Lock-Link/Godrej/Harrison. Finish & Paint :- All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated in dual shade (colour as approved by GE) in seven stages tank process. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab.

Table cook house :-Overall size shall be all as shown on drg. All wood shall be first class MP teak.Top shall be of 25 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE) shall be provided at the top over which 22 gauge aluminium sheet shall be fixed bending on edges and further bending 10 mm under the top of table. Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Teapoy :- Overall size shall be all as shown on drg.All wood shall be first class MP teak.Top shall be of 18 mm thick ISI mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (Colour and shade as approved by GE) and 4 mm thick half round teak wood beading without joints shall be provided all around of top.390 mm long of two Nos short rails of size 30x50 mm to be provided at top and centre rail of size 30x50 mm shall also be provided lengthwise at centre in between the side bottom rails.Hard rubber/PVC shoe shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs as per drg. Polish & Finish:-All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Trolley for TV :-Overall size shall be all as shown on drg.All wood shall be first class MP teak.Side,back , shelf and front openable shutter shall be of prelaminated MDF board exterion grade of 18/19 mm thick with 4mm thick TW beading around the edges.Brass handle and door catcher shall also be provided as shown on drg. 50 mm dia swivel castors heavy duty twin wheel 04 Nos shall be provided at base.
