Supply Installation testing and commissioning Of retro fit emission control device for 25 kVA desiel generator to match the existing DG set complet all as directed.The retro fit emission control device should have approved (CPCB-I & CPCB-II) for family of DG sets. Make: Chakr Innovation pvt ltd/SRG Techno/Vihi Innovation Makes) Note:-(i) Device should be Type Approved (CPCB-I & CPCB-II) for family of DG sets should be as per CPCB instructions and the same has to be obtained from the following CPCB Prescribed labs.Make: CKRSLD OR Equivalent as approved CESC Category (ii)Application :- Reduce particulate matter (PM 2.5), Carbon Monoxide and Hydrocarbons emitted from Diesel Engine Technology/Type :- ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator), Wet Scrubbing, Diesel Oxides Catalyst Guaranteed specified Particulate matter (PM 2.5) Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbon reduction efficiency (Min) Guaranteed specified Particulate matter (PM 2.5) (iii) Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbon reduction efficiency Retrofit device is to be installed in place of existing silencer. No soot is to be collected in the retrofit device. The device including enclosure should include an Oxidation chamber and Passive Regeneration Trap.A Manual Valve will be given after the first stage(Oxidation Stage) and before the second stage (passive Regeneration trap)of the DOFF, Noise attenuation is with in the permissible limits ,Equipped with mechanical pressure relief system,capturing chamber made of resistance process treated Mild steel etc.as reqd. (iv). The RECD device provided by the seller should be equipped with a remote Data Monitoring system certified by ICAT/ ARAI providing essential information recorded at every 15 minutes, including but not limited to: a. Energy consumption b. Running hours c. Warnings related to ECD diagnosis for the following conditions: 1. Complete loss of particulate capture function 2. Removal of the ECD system 3. Failure of the ECD system 4. Detection of exhaust bypass, temporary or permanent, as part of field/operator tampering Min Particular Matter Reduction 85%,Min Carbon Monoxide Reduction 90%,Min Hydrocarbon Reduction 90%

Note:-2 TEST REPORTS Certification :- Device should be ‘Type Approved’ as per the System and Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit Emission Control Devices (RECD) For Diesel Power Generating Set Engines, Dated 01/02/2022, wide Pollution Control Series PCLS/12/2021-22 Adhering to this, RECD to be ‘Type Tested’ for an equivalent kVA family as per the System and Procedure from any one of the four Central Pollution Control Board, Govt, of India, recognized/approved test agencies/laboratories as given below: (a) Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI, Pune) (b) International Centre for Automotive Testing (ICAT, Manesar) (c) Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP, Dehradun) (d) Vehicle Research Development Establishment (VRDE, Ahmednagar): Back Pressure due to the Emission Control retrofit device :- Maximum back pressure exerted by the Emission Control retrofit device at max prescribed load by DG OEM(as per the capacity of the DG set) should be under limit and display panel to be provided for Back pressure and exhaust temperature limit.and Drawing Should be approved by Engineer In ChargeGeneral Technical Requirements (GTR) / Commissioning :- a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device. b) Anti-Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust. c )Emission Control retrofit device should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc. d) The Emission Control retrofit device shall be with corrosion resistive and HR paint. e) Unloading and placement of the Emission Control retrofit device at the time of delivery is in the scope of buyer. The consignee shall ensure that the site is located along a motorable way. f) The seller shall provide the trial run (Testing) of Emission Control retrofit device. The seller shall conduct trial run of the Emission Control retrofit device with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for TWO hours. The electrical loading shall not be more than the rated capacity of the DG set. g) Exhaust piping, extra civil work, distribution board shall be provided by the seller

Note:3-Scope of Installation :- a) Installation of Emission Control Retrofit Device when offered by the vendor is inclusive in the scope of supply and shall be done by the seller. The installation work of Emission Control Retrofit Device. b) Construction of suitable earthing station (if applicable) and necessary connections shall be done by the seller. Warranty/Service ;- 12 monthsNumber of preventive maintenance visits offered in a year during warranty period :- 2 visits. c) The Device to be minimum 10-12 year guarantee from date of commissioning, The guarantee certificate to be submitted to engr-in-cgarge after commissioning the equiptments. (d) GA drawing to be provided to Engr-in charge before commissioning the equiptment for approval. DELIVERABLES, TIME SCHEDULE Submission of approach of work/ methodology, Drawings and the details of team as per the scope of work :- 30 days Delivery Of Device :- 60 days, Installation, Testing Commissioning at site of retrofit emission control device on existing DG sets :- 90 days (e) Factory visit of device by Engineer in charge for approval is required before installation which is to be catered by contractor
