Taking down cement plaster any description etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cm 1:3 on fair faces of concrete as in soffit ceiling of slab, chajjas, ceiling of slab etc finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces, wall over a coat of weather coat primer and applying two coats of acrylic paint exterior.

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling , priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, and applying two coat of OBD on ceiling complete all as specified.

Clean/clear of blockage of manholes, gully traps, floor traps, vertical soil/waste pipe of different dia (upto four storey bldg) and sewage line in the area of AF station sheva/site R (Domestic and Tech area) by providing and deployment of 02 (TWO) Nos of Labours per day including Sundays and Holidays. Note : a) The labour (02 nos) will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days including Sundays and holidays at complaint cell centre to attend complaints given by Engr -In- Charge . Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints. The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc.) scaffolding ladders any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost .Labour for cleaning of sludge from sewage lines (any dia) to manhole is included in quoted rates. In case any labour does not report to Engineer In Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.900/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. b) The recovery will be made from the contractor @250 Rs per complaint which are not cleared within 24 hrs from the date and time of receipt of complaints. Decision of Engr-In- Charge is final in this respect. Two persons will be provided by the contractor at site. The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from pocket to pocket to attend complaints including removal of sludge from the site outside MOD land to a distance not exc 5km (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints slips shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost, which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge. (d) The documents viz. attendance register, complaint register, log sheet / record of complaint made / attended shall be maintained separately for each locations / complaint center. (e) The police verification with regard to antecedent and character of tradesmen engaged by the tenderer, shall be carried out by the contractor at his own expenses before obtaining temporary pass on monthly basis. (f) The police verification report, showing names and addresses of tradesmen shall be required to be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge/GE as and when asked for. (g) The contractor shall submit attested copies of necessary safety insurance for subject tradesmen/supervisor employed for the execution of contract.

Opening cover de-watering and taking out sludge from septic tank of any size and removing sludge out side MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing cover in original position. Note :- The measurement for the quantity of sludge removed will be arrived by multiplying the inner dimensions of septic tank to actual depth of sludge deposited by dipping the measuring rod. The depth shall be of that wet surface on measuring rod for payment purpose.

Systematically cleaning of pipe sewers/drains by passing rope, knots, bamboos, kempt and disc of required size from manholes to manholes, septic tank and well flushing after cleaning sewer line/drain pipe with water (excluding manholes and septic tanks) including safety measures such as test for existence of poisionous gas etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.For 150mm diameter pipe

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position ,brickwork or stone boulders masonry built in CM for foundation etc or for shafts, walls cesspits, manholes etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of pre cast reinforced concrete manhole cover,Slab of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing demolished materials outside MOD Land ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m ;wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or shafts. Wells etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus soil n.exc 50 mtr away deposited where directed n.exc 1.50 mtr high from the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete ,type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surronding pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. For 200 mm bore of pipe

Ditto as per Srl Item No 31.00 above but For 150 mm bore of pipe

M&L for Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 or with collars ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. For 200mm bore diameter

Ditto as per Srl Item No 33.00 above but For150 mm bore diameter

Supply and fix in repairs of salt glazed stone ware gully traps square or round mouthed type ‘P’ of size 150mmx100mm complete all as specified.as an repairs takingout old existing gully trap ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with built in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound including finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Sch 'A'.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (Inner girth only measured)

M & L for Cutting into existing manholes for connect in new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ½ round or ¾ section in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm inner dia of pipe ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, for manholes etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork as direct ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in manhole cover of any section with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match including use and waste of formwork ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for TMT mild steel bar 6mm to 8mm dia. cut to length bent to shape required including cranking ,bending, spirally for hopping for colomns, hopping ends and binding with MS wire (annealed, not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips) ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips ,quality confirming to TMT bars ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic paint on walls in different shades of camoulfage pattern complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wall or plastered surface of walls, stone, bricks and applying one coats of acrylic paint on wall in different shades of camoulfage pattern complete as specifed.

M&L for preparation of old surface by biowash, scrapping and cleaning etc of slope roof of concrete, asbestos cement sheet and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic paint over a coat of weather proof primer with camoulfage pattern complete all as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in different shades of camoulfage pattern complete as specifed.

Opening out cracks, removing the loose material. Filling with polymer modified mortar and applying two coats of cross link polymer Ru-flex WG. Ru-flux WG to be mixed with cement and water in 1:0.9:0.10 ratio where 1 part Ru-flex, 0.9 part cement & 0.10 part water thoroughly mixed to form a brushable slurry and applied with a regular paint brush all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (15 mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylic weather coat exterior paint over a coat of weather coat primer with camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make.
