(A) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and Labour for disconnecting( (cutting) the existing 200/ 150/ 100 MM/ 80 MM DI/CI pipe ,suction and delivery of any type from the pump set and supply and fixing new MS ERW pipe including special nominal dia 200 mm joints complete for delivery and side including necessary nuts bolts ,reducer/tee/joint/union , welding works and rubber etc, all as specified and directed.

Supply and install including fixing arrangement submersible pump set (open well horizontal type ) Submersible pump set , 3 Phase ,415 Volts , 12.5 HP ,2800 RPM , 30 M head complete all as specified and directed. Make Crompton Model No OWQH12.52 or equivalent in Kirloskar/ KSB/ V Guard

Supply & fixing cast iron Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, of size 100 mm dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindle-SS IS:6603, gland packing greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size as under, both ends flanged ,iron cap,stuffing box etc including joints and jointing material like nuts, bolts and fixed to pipe complete including testing all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to be included rate for suitable size flanges for existing pipe line, joints and jointing materials.

Supply and lay in trenches fixed on support ductile iron pipes, socket and spigot ends, of size 150 mm dia bore, ISI marked Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure pipes conforming to IS:8329/2000 classification K-9 rating with nominal wall thickness 6.0mm, suitable for push-on-joint(Rubber gasket-D jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside zinc coating with Bituminous finish coat as per IS:8329/2000 including EPDM rubber joints conforming IS: 5382 of 1985 all as specified and as directed. Make: Jindal SAW pipes/ Electro steel c asting Ltd/ Tata Metaliks / Electrotherm

Supply and fixing high pressure, heavy duty cast iron non return valve/ check valve of sizes 100 mm,PN 1.6 , conforming to BS 1868, Class 600,IS 1538 suitable to hydrostatic test pressure for body 156 kg/sq cm & for seat 115 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged , complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to be included rate for suitable size flanges for existing pipe line, joints and jointing materials.

Supply and fix fittings/ specials suitable for ductile iron pipes such as bends any type/radius and angle, tapers any type tees, cross, tail pieces with flanged, socketed / suitable for rubber tighten push on joints, caps, plugs, sheet pieces with flanged /socketed or both flanged or both socketed ends of any size upto 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note The quoted rate shall deemed to be included cost for M&L for rubber gasket joints/ Titanic joint/Lead joint suitbale for DI pipe including jointing material of size for 200 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

(B) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for out door use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 3 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 50mmx50mmx5mm having front and rear open hinged doors with front openable shutters for each MCCB with spreader with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bas bar made but of aluminium strips of rating 400 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , ammeter,CTs and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of height 45 cm from ground level and white washing to the platform all as specified and equipped with the following items :-
