Supply and fix in repair Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 63 mm outer diameter and 51 mm inner Diameter with IS 14930 (part 2):2001 laid in trenches,wall,floor,pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 90 mm outer diameter and 76 mm inner Diameter with IS 14930 (part 2):2001 laid in trenches,wall,floor,pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Bus bar chamber Four pole 100 amps 415 volts 4 way with all incoming and outgoing connection with cable lugs,washers,nutbolts and accessories complete with taking down old unserviceable changeover switch all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC Slab type B1 1:2:4 for cable route indicators of size Length 0.9 mtrx0.3mtrx0.065 mtr duly writing"MES LT/HT Cabe" duly painted with Weather coat paint embeded in PCC 1:4:8 under ground at depth 0.45 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 24 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode including excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab char coal, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore, light grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 5 of SSR 2009 and all as specified. Taking out any steel/RCC pole any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting & fixing steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate, pole cap, nut bolt washer etc 8.5 meters long type 410 SP-22 swaged poles conforming to IS 2713 (Part-I to III) 1980 all as specified including two coats of black bitumen paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth and applying two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer (externally) and Numbering of poles as directed including excavation /earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm aggregate for pole foundations of size 600x600x1500mm height upto ground level and using PCC 1:2:4 B-1 for coping with size 450x450x300mm including necessary formwork complete with taking down old unserviceable pole all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs thermoplastic cable entry junction boxes of size 250 x 220 x 135 mm and IP-65 protection level with metric knock out fixed on poles with MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including MCB SPN, 5-32 amps, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50Hz including necessary incoming and outgoing electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc., separate (detachable) gland plate, bakelite connector 4 way 20 amp, dust and vermin proof, front door opening with hinges and locking arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Heat shrinkable cable jointing kit/ straight through cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 to 185 Sq mm. Note :- Any Excavation and earth work, Returning and filling, Removing involved shall be measured and paid seperatelay.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of LT panel board / feeder pillar box, outdoor cubicle type, vermin proof, dust proof (of CPRI approved manufacturer), fixed on 50x50x5mm MS angle iron frame fixed 300mm above ground level and 450mm below the ground level grouted in and including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) and plane made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet for both outer shell and 2.00mm hick for inner shell both side open able supported on and including ISMC 75 X 40mm powder coated steel frame and totally powder coated with epoxy siemen grey colour from inside and outside with locking arrangement and fixing arrangement i.e nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc, with naturally air cooled epoxy insulated aluminium busbar TPN suitable for 300 Amps with detachable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable including termination of cable ends both incoming and outgoing with sufficient working space inside complete,all control cables shall be of 2.5 Sqmm copper multi stranded conductors and shall be properly bunched with suitable size binding materials , ferruled for proper identification of colour codes and crimped with adequate size of lugs also to accommodate and consisting of the following items, all as specified and as directed . M&L Rendering 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brickwork or concrete sur faces in CM 1:6 all as finishing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LT overhead lines on 9 meter PCC /Steel poles with XLPE insulated AB cable 3-core X 50 sq mm + 1-core x 35 sq mm messenger cable complete with brackets,braces and anchoring accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, design and testing errection of early streamer emission (ESE) lightning conductor equipped with stainless central pick up rod full electrical continuity between the tip and the earth point.
