Providing & fixing epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 3" to 4" length in columns, Beams, Walls, Slabs etc before Micro concreting as per Consultants Instructions and directions complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, cutting, bending and fixing Additional Reinforcement in position steel reinforcement of specified/required sizes and shapes in the form or main rebars, stirrups & rings, distribution rebars etc., and tying them to shear connectors using GI binding wire. The additional rebars should be coated with TWO coats of Anti Corrosive protective coating & dry sand to be sprinkled on second coat including tying with Annealed Binding wires, providing cover blocks of appropriate sizes etc complete as specified and instructed by the Consultants complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying Super fluid Microconcrete -Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specified in the List of Brand names) in beam bottoms, columns, Walls, slabs etc. including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates, waterproof ply wood/ steel plate shuttering, pouring, temping, Consolidating, curing etc complete as per Manufacturer’s specification and Consultants Instructions.The item shall be paid on actual consumption of Micro concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

PU Injection Grouting : Clean the surface and remove any dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits or algae. The surface should preferably be prepared using high pressure water jetting or light abrasive blasting, followed by thorough washing to remove dust and remaining particles. Dirt alone may be removed with wire brushes or similar mechanical means. Oil and grease deposits should be removed by steam cleaning, detergent scrubbing or the use of a proprietary degreaser. The effectiveness of decontamination should be assessed by a pull-off test. Blow the cracks and treated surface with oil free air to ensure complete removal of all dust and loose particles. Ensure that the surfaces are blown dry. In the presence of running water the flow must be stopped using Nitofill WS60 which produces a rapid setting waterstopping foam. When the water is stopped the cracks are reinjected with Nitofill UR63. All cracks must be sealed and injection packers or nipples located in place before Nitofill UR63 is injected. Once grouting operation is completed remove the packers and make good any holes or voids with Nitomortar FC and allow to cure. The Nitomortar FC can be ground off or softened with a blow lamp and peeled off complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and carry out waterproofing treatment (application) to walls, Bottom slabs, Top slabs etc after removing existing plaster upto parent concrete, proper surface preparation to remove any loose dust, dirt, laitance, loose mortar etc., after treatment of construction joints, cold joints, cracks etc. , pre-dampening the concrete surface and application of two coats of Nitocote CM 210- Elastomeric Waterproofing coating etc. complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specification.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, sun shed etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or welded, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, farmed balastures, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing debris exc. 1.50 Km but n exc. 20 Km and depositing where directed, in soil outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The retrofitting and structural repairs shall be executed under supervision of approved consultants and charges of the same shall be born by the contractor.
