Material & labour for providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bituminous membrane reinforced with non woven polyester mat of weight not less than 180 gms/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polythene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polythylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on bottom portion of the membrane after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof and over the APP membrane provide a polypropylene/ polyester, Non woven geotextile fabric of 150 gsm over the geo textile fabric (An overlap of 100mm at end & 75mm shall be provided on sides respectively) complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - i) The membrane shall be inserted in the wall at the height of 800 mm by cutting groove in the wall finished by membrane flashing. ii) Ponding the entire water proofing surface with water for 72 hrs to observe any dampness/leakage, If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water, the said treatment shall be re-done completely without any extra cost. iii) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. iv) The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane.

Material & labour for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on roof top surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material & labour for cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed,(with grey cement & no pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry on terrace laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rolled mild steel in post, runners, rafters, purlins, trusses, steps etc fixed with connecting plates including bending, welding etc conforming to Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quqlity-A complete all as specified.

Material & labour for MS structural steel in framed works such as angle, channel, grating, gate, ladder etc. Confirming to Fe-290, E-165 as in supporting structure of duct, drain edge etc including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for mild steel plates ( plain or chequered ) channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, without any attachment including all necessory drilling, bolting,riveting or welding conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs 160mm bore PVC ( SWR) grade pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with dash through fastners and rain water bracket suitable for 110mm bore pipe spacing 1.5m c/c as per CE (Navy) Mumbai TD No TD/2023/01 or laid in floor complete all as specified. Note :- Measurement shall be taken along the centre line of the pipes.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius 160mm bore fixed with rubber ring joints complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing pre-painted hot- dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.5 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing pre-painted hot- dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet, corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.5 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 1.25mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in Valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements fixed over MS brackets Trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified.

S & F roof tiles Manglore pattern interlocking at side joint and laid dry all as specified and directed.

S & F Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour for Brick work work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour for rendering 20mm thick in two coats (15mm inner coat in CM (1:6) + 5mm finishing coat in CM (1:4) ) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished fair and even including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement for high rise bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 20 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 12 mm thick base coat and 8 mm thick finishing/final coat. Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external wall plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per manufacturers specification including using richer mix for making corners and making grooves of existing size including two legged MS pipe scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth with and including 1 mm thick neeru complete all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and jacketing around column/beam/other RCC members with Microconcrete including all lifts, shuttering , drilling holes and fixing shear anchor / deficient reinforcement as aper manufacturing specification and including scaffolding upto any height complete all as specified and directed. Note :- New reinforcement and MS Sections, form work if required will be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for Replacement of TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including cut to length, bent to shape required, drilling, cranking, bending and fixing to new reinforcement or welding wherever required and fixing the bars with epoxy putty complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall, soffits, facia roof and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic antifungal exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of self primer including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement complete all as specified.

Demolition of RCC selves including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (nominal mix) ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls,chajja beams and column in floors, roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material & labour for TMT CRS bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips complete all as specified .

Supply & fixing in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 2000 Ltr capacity, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including all connections for inlet, outlet, overflow and washout etc hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including PVC cover with locking arrangement complete all as specified.

Material & labour for false ceiling snap grid of size 600mm x 600mm made out of deep panel suspensor system made out of powder coated GI sheet main tee of size 23.50 x 40 x 0.63mm and cross tee of size 23.50 x 23.50 x 0.63mm and angle size 19 x 19 x 0.63mm including 3mm GI wire suspenders @ 60cm c/c including bolts, washers, nut,,clits,pin hook, etc. for securing snap grid frame work to ceiling to the snap grid including cement fibre board tiles of size 595 x 595 x 4mm fixed in grid with screws including provn of necessary holes / cuttings for providing light/fan as required and taking down old false ceiling with grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs 12 mm thick pre-laminated Medium Density fibre board, both side decorative lamination interior grade,fixed in aluminium/ wooden frame work with screws complete all as specified..

Material & labour for aluminium anodized grill with suitable aluminium anodized frame of F/H section with suitable fixing screws/attachment etc complete all as per M/S Deco Grill Design No DG -102 , 7.5mm size grill i.e. made out of 75mm thick aluminium plate all as per manufacturer's specifications.

Supply & fixing in repairs powder coated aluminium sections for partitions, windows, ventilators and doors including fabrication of frame/shutters and fixing to walls/floors with necessary lugs, cleats etc including all accessories such as glazing clips, handles, tower bolts, rollers rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required complete all as specified Note: - (i) Glass panes will be measured & paid separately. (ii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, screws, etc. as required but shall not be measured for arriving of weight. (iii) Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 25 micron. (iv) The rate shall be inclusive of the locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surface of aluminium work with matching existing area. (v) The size of aluminium sections shall be as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD drawing No TD/2021/01 to 05 and sill to be provided as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD of sill type 'A' and 'B' respectively if directed.

Supply & fixing ACP clading (Aluminium Composite Panel) 3 mm thick composed of non combustible virgin LDPE core laminated and sandwitched between two fine aluminium sheets 0.25 mm thick on both sides including folding, cutting with machine and fixed in aluminium frame work made out of aluminium box section of size 25 mm x 35 mm including aluminium or stainless steel rivets, bolts and/ or screws, anchor fasteners and frame work fixed to wall with aluminium clits, screws etc complete as per manufacturers instructions.

Material & labour for demolition of existing sunken treatment including cleaning of RCC roof slab with wire brushing, washing out with water and finally remove dirt using air jet and removal of debries out of MD and applying water proofing treatment as per manufacturers instructions and comprises of the following activities:- i) Providing 40 mm bore and 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with GI wire mesh on inside mouth after removing existing pipe and sealed the surrounding of GI pipe and junctions with epoxy mortar. ii) Applying rendering 6 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral WPC on floor and wall surfaces upto 200 mm above FFL of sunken portion and finished even and smooth without using extra cement. iii) Fill the water and check for dampness and seepage. iv) Apply two coats of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating of minimum thickness of 1 mm for each layer as per manufacturers instructions on floor & walls (upto 100 mm above FFL) and spray coarse sand on surface when the second layer is still sticky. v) All pipes laid in sunken portions shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 all around after painting with anti corrosive black japan paint on GI/CI pipes. vi) Rendering 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral WPC floor and wall surfaces including rounding of corners and junctions stoping towareds spouts. vii) Test the water proofing area by filling water for 72 hours and tested for leakage/seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. viii) Apply two coats of hot blown bitumen @ 1.5 Kg /Sqm for each coat and laying 50 micron black polythene film in floors. Note : a)If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water, the above said treatment shall be re-done completely without any extra cost. b) WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Material & labour for PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling (sunken portion) including demolition and remove material from site Etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including removal of rubbish out side MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for 22-25mm thick, machine cut, Kota stone slab (greenish colour), as in floors, treads of steps, landing etc. laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including rubbing, cutting and polishing as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified.

Material & labour for 20 mm thick granite stone slabs of approved shade machine cut, machine polished, as in flooring laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigments to matching the shade complete as specified and directed

Material & Labour for 18-20 mm thick maching cut granite slab as in vertical surfaces i.e skirting, dasdo, jambs , risers and pillars etc , laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of stone complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finished fair and even complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor laid in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar ( (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/Rectanglar) area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm laid in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick but laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.
