M & L for applying two coats of Polyurethane coating of any colour on primed surfaces by using airless spray gun through approved applicator. The PU coating shall having excellent durability, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance and provide a protective and seamless finish, enhancing the aesthetics of concrete floors while offering resistance to wear, stains, and environmental factors complete all as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding / backing coat and removal of rubbish out side MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/Rectanglar) area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm laid in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar ( (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick but laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar ( (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type,D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for 18-20mm thick granite stone slab machine cut, machine polished of approved colour in skirting/dado/cill/floor laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 20-25mm thick, machine cut, Kota stone slab, as in floors, steps, landing etc. laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including rubbing, cutting and polishing as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished dark shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor laid in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar ( (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Material & Labour 10mm thick dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles, of approved colour (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm (600x600mm), as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Material & Labour 10mm thick dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles, of approved colour (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 13 above but as in skirting including 10mm thick rendering in CM. 1:4 as backing coat etc complete.

Material & Labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in floor and finished cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement completed all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat alkali resistant primer complete all as specified

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified .

Material & Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) laid over roof/chajja as padding for maintaining slope and finished top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and applying coloured high performance 5 mm thick polyurethane concrete, self-smoothening, self levelling on concrete surface . Heavy duty, solid colour, four component, water dispersed polyurethane concrete designed to provide excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, chemical attack and other physical aggression. carry out surface preparation including grinding with wire brush, proper cleaning, removing of loose mortar, paint residuals,surface preparation, groove cutting & cleaning all dirt, debris to achieve a sound surface. opening the joints to 5 to 10mm width and depth and tilling them with Polyurethane concrete-high strength self smoothening underlay upto full depth. Application of scratch coat and followed by application of final top coat 5 mm thick by mixing base, hardener, colour paste and aggregates ( as per manufacturer specification) complete as per specification and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete work (PQC) ready mix concrete in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less including use and waste of side form for laying pavement concrete/hard-standing in bays between joints & Contraction expansion joint/or between the two contraction joints complete all as specified and directed
