All as per Ser. item No 03 above but 3.5 Core 70 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Ser. item No 5 above but in Soft/disintegrated rocks complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material a distance n. exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 120 mm outer dia and 103 mm inner dia, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe confirming to IS-16205 Pt-24 with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings i.e.coupler,Tee, elbow clamp for HT cable protection of size up to 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. .

Supply and laying 90 outer dia and 75 mm inner dia, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe confirming to IS-16205 Pt-24 with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings i.e.coupler,Tee, elbow clamp for cable protection of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. .

S & F of 11 KV HT Bus Bar Panel weather proof outdoor type double door, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of Post Office Red Colour shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer only. The panel shall be design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, openable locking arrangement for front and back side also, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber. The panel shall be provided with Aluminium bus bars Suitable for 200 Amps 11 KV HT, electrolytic grade of adequate rating. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in dedicated compartment in vertical position. The panel shall be provided with manufacturer's name plate, skull & bones danger notice board etc.

Ser. Item No. 11 Contd.... The panel shall be provided 4 Nos 50x50x5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 1.0 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 (Type C2) at suitable depth as per site requirement . The overall size of the panel shall not less than 1000mmX600mmX1250mm (LxBxH). The panel shall be provided with 2 Nos of Earting Terminals one on each side of the Panel with earth strip, 04 Nos of entry holes for cables from bottom side 95/120 Sqmm 3 Core cable size and each bus bar shall be arranged to connect 04 Nos of cable including nut, bolts and washers etc. Note : Before manufacturing drawing and design of panel including size & length of busbar shall be approved by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV HT (Earthed) grade cable for Indoor End termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core 95 Sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for End Jointing Kit for 11 KV HT (Earthed) grade power cable for OUTDOOR termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core 95 Sqmm (Earthed), XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight Through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core 95 Sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay G.I pipe 150 mm dia light grade with all fittings required for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Road Cutting Size (0.5x 1.0) Mtr (W x D) as required for laying power cable etc including earthwork and necessary excavation including make good with existing material (i.e. Bitumenous material) to match with the existing fair finish road surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level in any type of soil strata, connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 1991 Part – I connected to outdoor RMU including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover including lifting handle and Earth lead and 20mm Dia GI watering pipe medium grade, Funnel, wiremesh, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Cost of earth lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr shall deemed to be included in quoted rates)

M & L for GI Earthing Strip size 25x4 mm thick buried directly in ground or fixed on wall with suitable size of SMC/FRP insulators including bolts, nuts and washers etc beyond the 7.5 Mtr length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Installation including testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amp, 21 kA, 50 Hz, 3 Way, Ring Main Unit (Outdoor Type) both side extensible SF6 Breaker consisting of 1 INCOMER Isolator and 2 OUTGOING SF6 encapsulated VacCUM Circuit Breaker suitable for outdoor installation with non-touch proof terminal protector with Current Measuring CTs ring or cubical type with Multifunction Energy Meter, Over Current / Earth Fault relay both with RS 485 port and PT Panel etc including all other standard accessories (MOTORISED) (3 WAY, +LVV+M) including caliberation/setting of each relay according to connected Transformer Load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Before manufacturing, the drg and design of RMU shall be got approved from Engr-in-Charge.)

M & L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 80 Cm (Height) x 30 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with post office red colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "DANGER,HT 11 KV CABLE" to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) including necessary excavation for PCC block and placed at interval of every 30 Mtr ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of 4 Module Plexo boxes conform to EN 60439-3, wheather proof cabinets IP 65, IK-09-Cl-II, door and cabinet fully reversible, removable chasis and faceplates from 2-row versions up, mounting rail for modular products, box colour light grey L750A, cover colour dark grey R746A including 01 x 63 Amp, 4P, MCB, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Busbar panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7032 ( Siemens Grey) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, Gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be provided to render the joints dust proof. All doors and covers shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks and shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and shall be lockable. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars electrolytic grade of 300 Amps current rating. The bus bars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & black colour coding and fix horizontally.

Ser. Item No. 22 Contd... The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts, washers and AL Lugs etc. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 25mmx25mmx4mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint including earth work and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement including taking down existing one. The overall size of the Busbar panel shall not be less than 400mmx200mmx500mm (LxDxH) including 4 Nos cable entry holes suitable for cable entry up 3.5C 185 Sqmm at bottom complete all as specified and directed Engr in Charge. (Note : Before manufacturing, drawing & design of panel including size and length of busbar shall be approved by EIC)

S & F Manual Change Over LT Panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer only. The panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, front side single door type with locking arrangement for front side and nut bolt fitting for back side, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and ventilation arrangement for heat dissipation from both side of panel. The panel shall be provided with spreader links/busbars extension of adequate rating including incoming and outgoing cable connection, thimbles, all joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers.

Ser. Item No. 23 Contd.... The panel shall be prewired with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size properly tagged and secured for indicators. The panel shall be provided with RYB LED indicating lamps at both incoming cables. The panel shall be provided with manufacturer's name plate, skull & bones danger notice board etc. The panel shall be provided 4 Nos 50x50x5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 1.0 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement . The overall size of the Change Over Panel shall not less than 500mmX400mmX500mm (LxBxH) including One No. of Manual ON Load Change Over Switch of rating 160 Amp, 415Volts, 50 Hz, AC, Four Pole with staggered terminals including both side of spreder links (conforms to IEC 60947-3). The panel shall be provided for Cable entry upto size of 120 Sqmm cable from bottom side for 04 Nos of Cable including 2 Nos of Earthing Terminals one on each side of the Panel with GI earth strip. (Note : Before manufacturing drawing and design of panel shall be approved by Engr-in-charge. )

S & F including testing and commissioning Sub Feeder Panel weather proof outdoor type double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer only. The panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, front side double door type with locking arrangement for front side and nut bolt fitting for back side, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and ventilation arrangement for heat dissipation from both side of panel. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, electrolytic grade of 200 Amp current. The busbars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & Black colour coding.

The panel shall be provided with manufacturer's name plate, skull & bones danger notice board etc. The panel shall be provided 4 Nos 50x50x5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 1 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement . All MCCBs shall be provided with spreader links with phase separators on both side complete all as specified and as directed. The overall size of the panel shall not less than 1500mmX300mmX1000mm (LxDxH). The panel shall be provided for Cable entry from bottom side for each Cable including 2 Nos of Earthing Terminals one on each side of the Panel with GI earth strip and including following accessories:-

(a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 125 Amp, 16 KA Breaking capacity with adjustable Thermal and adjustable Magnetic overload protection with Ics = 100% of Icu including suitable size of spreader links on both side. (Incoming) - 01 No. (b) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 63 Amp, 16 KA Breaking capacity with adjustable Thermal overload protection with Ics = 100% of Icu including suitable size of spreader links on both side. (Outgoing) - 03 Nos. (c) MCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 63 Amp, 10 KA breaking capacity conforms to IEC 60947-2. (Outgoing) - 02 Nos. (Note : Before manufacturing drawing and design of panel including size & length of busbar shall be approved by Engr-in-charge.)

Supply & Fix in replacement of Cable Route Marker made up of Cast Iron of dia 80 mm and thickness 4.65 mm with supporting angle iron of size 20 x 20 x 3 mm and height 0.6 mtr for stand including priming, painting and wirting of "LT UG CABLE" in suitable size of letter including necessary earthwork and grouted at suitable depth in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.
