Manning & operation of passenger and goods lift, carrying capacity of 10 passengers/2000 Kgs serving from ground floor to nine upper top floors of respective buildings in Two shifts of 8 hours each per day including sundays and holidays by providing and deployment of one lift operator(skilled/OEM trained) in each shift , including checking serviceability of all connected equipments / instruments and controls for safety measures against any damage, pilferage & theft all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Location : Engineer block at Sion

All as per ser item No 1 herein before but for lifts at Mukharjee Bldg at Sion

Manning and operation of water supply Pump with motor including DG sets installation at 9 Duxberry Lane Colaba in Two shifts of 8 hours each per day including Sundays and holidays by providing and deployment of one FGM(Skilled) Pump operator in each shift (having knowledge of pumping set and diesel driven generator set) including time to time pumping of water from under ground sump to over head tank of GE(W) Colaba and from under ground sump to users water tank by operating distribution valve as per water supply timings as approved by Engineer-in-Charge including operating Chloronome plant for chlorination of water to maintain the requisite level of chlorine contents in water for safe drinking purpose, daily and maintaining record of daily Break Down & Maintenance carried out all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and to assist MES Personel to carry out repair/maintanence of Pump with motor and DG sets including up keep and cleaning surrounding area of installations, maintaining the log sheet, record of daily maintenance , POL consumed reading, etc,in proper printed format (as approved by Engr-in-Charge) to keep the record including manning the following equipments/ installations complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (i) Centrifugal Pump and Motor = 06 Nos (ii) LT Panel (iii) DG Set 125 KVA=2 Nos, (iv) DG Set 250 KVA = 01 No (v) DG Set 82.5 KVA - 02 Nos (vi) DG Set 62.5 KVA - 01 No (vii) LT panel (viii) AMF Panel
