Supply and fix aluminium (powder coated ) three track sliding window comprising of one set of fly proof shutter and two set of glazed shutter with frames of size 92.00mm x31.75mm x 1.50mm thick and shutter frames of size 40mm x 18mm x 1.55mm thick with necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber gasket, anodised aluminium snap beading and connected locking arrangement all as specified and directed. S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxied primer including preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for polycarbonate fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated/ Plain sheeting 6.00 mm thick hollow section fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of entire existing water proofing treatment in any position including tarfelt, Plaster, lean concrete of any thickness, gravels etc. and removing the debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 25 mm thick type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately as "Supply Only"

Surface Preparation : Cleaning of concrete surface to remove loose dust, dirt, mortar, curing compounds, and other contaminants to ensure a clean, sound substrate. 2. Injection Grouting : Carrying out cementitious injection grouting at leakage points and construction joints using cement slurry modified with Cebex 100, a plasticised expansive grout admixture (supplied in 225 gm pouches). 3. Joint Treatment : Treating construction joints with polymer-modified mortar prepared using Nitobond SBR latex. 4. Batta Junction and Drainage Area Treatment : Application of polymer-modified mortar at floor-to-wall junctions (battas), Filling annular gaps around rainwater outlets using Conbextra GP2 non-shrink cementitious grout. 5. Surface Levelling : Treat undulated surfaces and potholes with epoxy mortar or putty to obtain a level and sound surface. 6. Primer Application : Apply Nitoproof WB Primer on the prepared concrete surface. 7. Waterproofing Membrane : Apply Nitoproof 600 PF, a single-component, pitch-free, liquid-applied polyurethane waterproofing coating (supplied in 25 kg drums) in two coats at a consumption of 2.30 kg/m² to achieve 1.5 mm dry film thickness. 8. Performance Characteristics of Coating: Crack bridging: Up to 2 mm, Elongation: > 600% (ASTM D124), Tensile strength: 95% (ASTM D412), Solid content: 85%, Tear resistance: 15 kN/m (ASTM D624), Shore A hardness: 60 (ASTM D2240), Water vapour transmission: ≤ 1 g/m², Water permeability: NIL (DIN 1048), Service temperature: -40°C to +70°C, Flash point: > 70°C 9. Health & Safety Guidelines : Ensure adequate general and local exhaust ventilation.
