M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing of newly prepared plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima) white and tined over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood glazed and skeleten shutters, open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part- I, section 8, clause 8.24(a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window Ceosetory windows and other frames/chowkats of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder, rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, moulded of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners shall be paid for seperately). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5 mm tolerance in dimension i.e, depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation of profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutters of size 30 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid seperately.

S & F butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled of stainless steel of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm long aluminium, anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 300 mm long stainless steel, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections complete all as specified and directed.

S & F extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised of 150 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay) heavy for large gates , hook and pintle hinges large hasp and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Grade-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium section in frames/shutters for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats, glass, glazing clips, hinges, side lock etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc., (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in section 3 earth work) to a distance upto 5 KM or under out side MD land, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly prepared wood and wood based material over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly prepared steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel windows and ventilators, fixed type with glazing bars complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16mm thick ARMSTRONG 595 X 595 mm Square hole Acoustic tiles including Armstrong microlock grid of S.S 304 sections Treatement to ceiling with, framing , wall angle complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coving & Treatment of all concrete defects in the following manner (a) to (d):- (a) For opening the joints/crack such as cold joint, construction joints, cracks, corner joints and areas around honeycomb in the RCC of raft slab and column/footing/retaining wall by forming V/U shape groove with approx 25 mm x 25 mm size thereafter providing and applying SmartCare Repair polymer thereafter sealing the groove with 'Smart Care Repair Mortar' . (b) Injection grouting wherever required, grouting the joints through PVC injection nozzles fixed @ 1 M c/c or less, using cement slurry grout with Smart Care Injection grout added @ 250 gms per bag of cement to full saturation etc complete. (c) Primer - Providing and applying two component water base epoxy primer AP SC PU Primer on bare slab @ 50% water dilution. (d) The entire area shall be taken up for thorough surface preparation with compressed air blow and mechanical removal of debris, laitance, etc. It shall be water proofed with a mechanical spray application at an average thickness of 1.5 mm supplying and applying high build elastomeric waterproofing coating Asian Paints SmartCare Hypertron - Hybrid Polyurea is a solvent free two component high performance polyurea hybrid based waterproofing membrane with an elongation of 700% as per ISO 527, tensile strength 13Mpa as per ISO 527 and Shore a hardness of 85 as per ISO 868. The coating shall conform to European Standard for fire protection, Stringent German FLL Standard for root resistance, BBA & ETAG 005 Certification. The system consists of two components i.e Polyol and Isocynate prepolymer and is designed for use through 1:1 volumetric spray equipment @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm.

M&L for loosely lay 150 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyester) with a min of 100 mm wide overlap after which drain boards and soling can be allowed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding/mass concrete of roof and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 with a mixture of water proofing liquid @ 3% by weight of cement on dried concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing in liquid complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings and dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.
