Note: The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant and mechanical paver.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using with 4% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix and 1.5 % cement filler, mixed in hot mixed plant and laid by using mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermolastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No. 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc., all as per manufacture's instruction's and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
