S&F PVC weather proof, hinged door, junction box with aluminium bus bar, 240V, neutral link and one MCB SP 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nut, bolts etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 32mm bore light grade including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick RCC (1:2:4) cover with reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified including testing on completion.

Supply install in replacement and testing out door weather proof bus bar chamber of size 100cm x 60cm x 30cm made out of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet having one side openable hinged door shuter with locking arrangement/provn of two nos 80cm long 40x40x6mm angle iron legs welded and 04 nos copper bus bar of 200 Amp rating, provn of one MCCB TPN 100 Amp 25 kA for controlling Electric supply complete errected on ground with necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C2 foundation complete bus bar chamber painted with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including making cable connection with necessary gland , lugs/thimbles all as specified. NOTE: Cost of dismantling/ taking down old unserviceable bus bar chamber shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

M&L for 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection ISI marked with all fixing accessories such as 40 x 3mm Clamps of suitable length, Nut bolts and washers and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and over all PVC sheathed, stranded copper conductor wire 1.5 sqmm x 3 core ISI marked complete from light fitting to pole junction box complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole and similar work etc etc including necessary formwork and including dismantling of old coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe, 80 mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces for LT pole painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and alternate painted strip of 30 cm width of colour as approved by Accepting officer upto 1.5 meter height from bottom of the pole and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circle all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement, factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) out door type, floor mounted, compartmantalised and IP-54 suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 400 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and with base frame of 50x50x6mm angle iron , powder coated, Front and rear opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement with and including following items. (Notes : The rate quoted shall include for Cost of dismantling/ taking down old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box, earth work & excavation for angle iron frame foundation of panel board upto 0.50 m below GL in any type of soil & PCC (1:4:8), D2 filling in foundation the ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 m GL to the bottom of panel board ).
