Supply and fixing of metal box MS enclosure made of CRCA sheet 3.00mm thick of size 500mm x 500mm x 300mm depth complete with three phase and neutral aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps including 3P, 100A MCCB mounted on epoxy insulators, fixing arrangement with suitable MS Clamps of size 32 x 6 mm thick all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of MCCB 100 Amp, Aluminium Busbar 3 pole and 1 neutral of 200 Amp, epoxy insulators and MS clamps of size 32 x 3mm shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 4 core 25 Sqmm, with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double Walled Corrugated DWC HDPE Pipe of outer dia 50mm and innter dia 38mm including 90 degree bends with coupler and rubber ring laid in trenches of size 50 mm suitable for cable protection of size 2 core 10 sqmm to 3.5 core 50 sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double Walled Corrugated DWC HDPE Pipe of outer dia 90mm and innter dia 75mm including 90 degree bends with coupler and rubber ring laid in trenches of size 90 mm suitable for cable protection of size 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI wire 4.0 mm dia, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.

Supply and fixing of RCC cable route marker/ indicator of size 0.30mtr x 0.10 mtr x 0.90 mtr complete including painting with one coat of primer and two coat oil paint as per colour coding specified by Engineer-in-Charge for exposed surface, excavation, PCC, etc included in this item rate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for LT underground cables suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MCCB TP 100 amps capacity, rup capacity 16 KA at 415 volt 50 Hz AC including required modification in panel board if necessory to fix MCCB complete with replacement of incoming and out going cable connection with lugs, aluminium conductor cable of proper size, nuts bolts all as directed.
