Material and Labour for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 X350X7-8mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished dark shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neet cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match the dark shade of the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item No. 5.00 here-in-before but as in skirting including 10mm thick rendering in CM. 1:4 as backing coat etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

Material & labour 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Extra over granite stone slabs for edge polishing/ chamfering/ noising/ grooves/ bevelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n. exc 2 Sqm each .

Supply & fixing in repairs stainless steel butt hinges medium weight of size 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs extruded aluminium alloy handle fabricated type anodized 150mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs Aluminum alloy anodized sliding door bolt 250mm long with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded such or cast aluminum alloy complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing in repairs Aluminium alloy anodised barrel tower bolt 150mm long fixed with SS screws complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for any description.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) Material & labour for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately) (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 5mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Material & labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately) (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (this item shall be measured & paid separately)). Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. Cost of testing is inclued in the rates quoted above.

Cutting holes n exc 150 Sqcm into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required after inserting and setting spouts all as specified.

Material & labour for GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and direced by EIC.

Material & labour for 50mm thick type C-2 PCC 1:3:6 all round including painting with anticorrosive paint. Note- All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with PCC

Material & labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Material & labour Injection grouting in RCC slab shall be cast/laid to the slope as directed/as per site conditions. After RCC slab is laid, cured and fully set, water shall be ponded in the sunken slab portion as per specified ponding test. The location of seepage/leakage, if any, shall be identified and marked. The portion of the slab where leakage/seepage is observed shall be repaired with grouting at contractor's expences. The area of dripping/leakage shall be cleaned to expose the surface. Mark the spots for injection grouting. If leakage is through a crack, mark grouting points along the crack in a staggered manner. If the leakage is across the area mark grouting spots in a grid pattern. Drill grouting holes so as to neatly fit the injection packers. Drilling to be done at an angle of 45 to the plane of grouting surface. Fix PVC/MS nozzles in the low viscosity, polyurethane resin/epoxy grout using a grouting pump. Repeat the process after 1 or 2 days if the leakage continues at some point. allow to cure for 24 hours and seal the grouting holes appropriately using epoxy putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Material & labour for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , Apply rust remover for rust free bars, apply Dr. fixit Epoxy zinc primer over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of Dr Fixit micro concrete or equivalent , appllying one coat of Dr fixit epoxy bonding agent before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at least upto 20mm thickness (average) by using the recommended water powder ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and remocal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and Labour for 8-9 mm thick digital heavy-duty unglazed coloured vitrified out door tiles in size (300mm x 300mm), with anti-skid, high chemical & stain resistance , high abrasion resistance, low water absorption very high colour resistance etc properties set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified as directed. (Design and colours shall be approved by GE)
