Material & labour for rendering 20mm thick in two coats(15mm inner coat + 5mm finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished fair and even including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement for high rise bldgscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Water proofing compoundshall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth with and including 1 mm thick neeru complete all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces from RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforcement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforcement bars, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 30mm thick polymer plaster (1:5:15, polymer, cement, Quartz sand) and finally finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note :- New reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Note :- New reinforcement and MS Sections, form work if required will be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Material & labour for RCC RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Material & labour for TMT CRS bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips complete all as specified .

Ditto- all as per item No 13.00 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Material & labour for injecting mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement ,sand, water with addition of plasticizers of approved make & migratory corrosion inhibitor, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency, mixing shall be done by mixer continiously stiring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/ specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/Sqcm complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled including scaffolding upto any height complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall, soffits, facia roof and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of self primer including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkat with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each.

S&F II nd class HW (Sal) glazed and Skelton shutters, 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauze etc, divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass, gauze, etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, section 8, clause, 8.20 (b) complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing in repairs powder coated aluminium sections for partitions, windows, ventilators and doors including fabrication of frame/shutters and fixing to walls/floors with necessary lugs, cleats etc including all accessories such as glazing clips, handles, tower bolts, rollers rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required complete all as specified Note: - (i) Glass panes will be measured & paid separately. (ii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, screws, etc. as required but shall not be measured for arriving of weight. (iii) Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 25 micron. (iv) The rate shall be inclusive of the locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surface of aluminium work with matching existing area. (v) The size of aluminium sections shall be as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD drawing No TD/2021/01 to 05 and sill to be provided as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD of sill type 'A' and 'B' respectively if directed.

Material & labour for false ceiling snap grid of size 600mm x 600mm made out of deep panel suspensor system made out of powder coated GI sheet main tee of size 23.50 x 40 x 0.63mm and cross tee of size 23.50 x 23.50 x 0.63mm and angle size 19 x 19 x 0.63mm including 3mm GI wire suspenders @ 60cm c/c including bolts, washers, nut,,clits,pin hook, etc. for securing snap grid frame work to ceiling to the snap grid including cement fibre board tiles of size 595 x 595 x 4mm fixed in grid with screws including provn of necessary holes / cuttings for providing light/fan as required and taking down old false ceiling with grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs 12 mm thick pre-laminated Medium Density fibre board, both side decorative lamination interior grade,fixed in aluminium/ wooden frame work with screws complete all as specified..

Material & labour for aluminium anodized grill with suitable size aluminium anodized frame of F/H section with suitable fixing screws/ attachment etc complete all as per M/S Deco Grill Design No DG -102 , 7.5mm size grill made out of 75mm thick aluminium plate complete all as per manufacturer's specifications.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted hot- dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.5 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted hot- dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet, corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.5 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 1.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in Valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets Trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W(GdeE- 250) quality A complete all as specified .

Material & Labour for mild steel plates ( plain or chequered ) channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, without any attachment including all necessory drilling, bolting,riveting or welding conforming to FE 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finished fair and even complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including removal of rubbish out side MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for 20-25mm thick, machine cut, Kota stone slab (greenish colour), as in floors, treads of steps, landing etc. laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including rubbing, cutting and polishing as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified.

Material & labour for 20 mm thick granite stone slabs of approved shade machine cut, machine polished, as in flooring laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigments to matching the shade complete as specified and directed

Material & Labour for 18-20 mm thick maching cut granite slab as in vertical surfaces i.e skirting, dasdo, jambs , risers and pillars etc , laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of stone complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in floors, surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing in repairs rotational moulded polythylene water storage loft tank of 250 ltr capacity , ISI marked including all connections for inlet, outlet, over flow and wash out etc including 20 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for inron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 grms ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I

S&F ACP clading (Aluminium Composite Panel) 3 mm thick composed of non combustible virgin LDPE core laminated and sandwitched between two fine aluminium sheets 0.25 mm thick on both sides including folding, cutting with machine and fixed in aluminium frame work made out of aluminium box section of size 25 mm x 35 mm including aluminium or stainless steel rivets, bolts and/ or screws, anchor fasteners and frame work fixed to wall with aluminium clits, screws etc complete as per manufacturers instructions.

Supply & fixing in repairs 25mm thick first class hardwood (teak) weather boarding , plain both sides, rebated on thick edge to give 20mm laps and fixed with Nails at roof/wall etc including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing in repairs 12 mm thick, Plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work (no of ply 5) complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for preparing plastered surfaces, applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and roviding and laying double layered 2 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylene) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.60 Kg/Sqm on comlete all as per manufacturer's instructions through approved applicator.

Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing

Supply & fixing roof tiles Mangalore pattern interlocking at side joint and laid dry all as specified and directed.

Fixing only roof tiles Mangalore pattern interlocking at side joint and laid dry all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in padding including roof treatment of any description on terrace/ roof upto height of 25mtr from GL and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: i) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. ii) Quoted rate shall be includes removing debries rom roof through lift, no concrete shall be thrown from the roof.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B 1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as a leveling course / padding on RCC roof top surfaces laid to slope and finished fair and even including applying cement slurry @ 3 Kd/ Sqm of cleaned surface complete all as specified.

Material & labour for applying water proofing treatment as per manufacturers instructions and comprises of the following activities:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg per Sqm. (b) Apply evenly a coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm (c) Providing and laying five layered 4 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylele) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 4.60 Kg/Sqm. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch application method with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap.The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 800 mm on vertial surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. (d) Provide a polypropylene/polyester, non woven geotextile fabric of 150 gram/Sqm over the APP membrane . (e) (d) Ponding test including supply of water for 72 hours after completion of water proofing work to the satisfaction of GE and record shall be submitted duly signed. Note - (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. ii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. Material & labour for providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bituminous membrane re-inforced with no woven polyester mat of weight not less than 180 gms/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polythene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polythylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on bottom portion of the membrane after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof and over the APP membrane provide a polypropylene/ polyester, Non woven geo textile fabric of 150 gsm over the geo textile fabric (An overlap of 100mm at end & 75mm shall be provided on sides ends respectively) etc all as specified and directed by EIC. The membrane shall be inserted in the wall at the height of 800 mm by cutting groove in the wall finished by membrane flashing.

Material & labour for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on roof top surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed,(with grey cement & no pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry on terrace laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.
