M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.’25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth plate using galvanised iron strip 25×4 mm as earthing lead by means of suitable size of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers all as specified in electrical plate SSR Part I including necessary .Exc & earth work, providing charcoal and salt dust layers and construction of PCC pit in 1:3:6 using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate, precast RCC 40 mm thick cover in 1:2:4 type B 1 with 12 mm dia steel MS plain bar, lifting handle GI pipe of 50 mm bore for earth lead protection andGI pipe 15 mm dia for watering, with funnel and wire mesh including testing on completion. Note : Indicator lamp and multifunction visible from out side panel and existing panel with all conection dismentling with existing unserviciable earthing .

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 4 core.Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as diercted.

All as per item no 6 above but of size 25 sq mm 4 core.

All as per item no 6 above but of size 50 sq mm 31/2 core.

All as per item no 6 above but of size 70 sq mm 3,1/2 core.

All as per item no 6 above but of size 95 sq mm 3,1/2 core.

Supply and fix with labour cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE : The cable fault location digghing,removing, and after cable joint kit fixing returning rate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

All as per item No 14 above but for cable of size 70 to 95 sq mm.

All as per item No 14 above but for cable of size 120 sq mm.

All as per item No 14 above but for cable of size 240 sq mm.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft and loose soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.18 Herein before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches / along the wall / floor / on poles / pillars / for road / Nallah crossing, pipes GI light grade of size 100 mm dia with and including all fittings and accessories complete including taking down the old unsv all as specified and and directed for cable protection

Cutting and filling with PCC (1:3:6) in bituminus road as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system.

Renewal/ Repairs to LT Panel Board of any size complete as mentioned below:- (I) Repair/ replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment by means of welding or nutbolts as site requirment (ii) Taking down existing bus bars cleaning with CTC applying with becktol red solution, providing bus bar insulation and refixing with new s/s nuts, bolts, washers etc. (iii) Replacement of damaged copper flexible cable and fixing new copper flexible cable of suitable size for incoming and out going connections of each MCCB terminals to bus bars. (iv) Replacement of damaged/ worn out/ loose connections/ cable lugs for incoming & outgoing cables. (v) Replacement of u/s CT's, ammeters, Volt meters, Indication Lamps (01 Set each) including provision of new wiring for the same. Note : Ammeters and CT's shall be wired with 2.5 sqmm copper wire. (vi) Replacement of neoprene gasket for all doors of panel board. (vii) Scrubing , cleaning of rust materials with the help of wire brush , emery cloth and Painting of complete panel by applying one caot of red oxide and two coat of approved enamel paint, colour as directed by Engr -In-Charge . Note : i) Cost for replacement of spares are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. ii) The rate shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket with painting to all doors including raising of foundation to 0.3 M height etc. iii) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, Repairs to ACB's not included in the scope of work.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 63 Amps with breaking capacit16 KA Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make:L&T /Havells/Standard. Note: Existing MCCB removing and New MCCB fixing if any additional work such as welding work required so its rate shale be deemed including in this coated rate.

All as per item No. 27 above but 100 A, 16 KA. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply,& fixing Onload change over switch with enclosure of capacity 1000 Amps 415 Volt , 50 Hz four pole type Make : - Havells or equivalent with INDOASIAN, L&T & STANDARD Note: Existing change over switch removing and Newchange over switch fixing if any additional work such as welding work required so its rate shalle be deemed including in this quoted rate.

M&L for defect rectification HT/LT cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including and additional excavation in normal alluvial strata required for exposing the cable fault ; removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 300 Sq mm 3 core & LT cable of size upto 240 Sqmm. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge as specified. NOTE : The cable fault location digghing,removing, and after cable joint kit fixing returning rate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.Make: M-seal,denson.

S & F in replacement of Outdoor Type, weather and vermin proof Bus bar panel made out of 3 mm thick stainless steel sheet including incoming four pole 160 Amps MCCB and out going 63Amp-01 nos and 32Amp -01 nos MCCB 415 Volts 50 Hz with front opening and locking arrangement, 300 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar for phase, 3 No's and 1 No 300 Amp bus bar for neutral, mounted on epoxy insulator including neccessary copper control wiring, heat shrinkable, RYB coloured sleeves over bus bar for identification, RYB led lamp indicatore for 3Phase,earth shields, circular holes at bottom / top to receive incoming and outgoing cable, cable lugs, cable gland of sizes as required floor mounting angle iron frame made out mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm grouted on PCC (1:3:6) upto required height 30cm above GL, indicator lamp and multifunction meter visible from out side panel and existing panel dismantling with conected accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge . Note : Indicator lamp and multifunction visible from out side panel and existing panel wirh all conection dismentling with existing unsserviciable earthing .

S&F in replacement of ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, with Thermal Magnetic Release (Manual Drawout type) of capacity 630 Amps. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make:L&T /Havells/Standard. NOTE: Existing ACB removing and new fixing required weldind or any additional work rate shale be deemed including in this rate.

S&F in replacement of ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, with Thermal Magnetic Release (Manual Drawout type) of capacity 800 Amps. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make:L&T /Havells/Standard .NOTE: Existing ACB removing and new fixing required weldind or any additional work rate shale be deemed including in this rate.
