Decarbonizing of indoor MCB / meter box any type removing unserviceable MCCBs, burnt bus bars, unserviceable indicator lamps, unserviceable Ammeter, unserviceable Volt meter, replacing burnt, damaged bus bar of any size and fixing proper hanging front and rear openings, welding of hinges including welding of broken MS sheet using extra sheets replace burnt thimbles with new existing size thimbles replacing with new MCCB & MCBs, powder coating painting with suitable 'U' type gasket to make it dust and vermin proof, providing fancy locks including dismantling the existing connected cables and re-connecting the same cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note : (i) MCCBs, indicator lamps, Ammeter, Volt meter, will be measured & paid separately as supply only. (ii) necessary MS sheet and welding including sealing the meter with sealing lead/PVC seal with MES Emblum embossing on it all are inclusive coated rate. (iii) Required size of neutral bus bars including coated rate. (iv) Required size of copper cable for connecting MCBs and meters are including quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches for taking out/laying of cable and pipe line not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide complete and all as specified for the following type of soil:-

Soft and loose soil

Hard dense soil

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer of soft/loose/hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified.

M & L for riddled earth for cushioning including spreading, levelling and hand punning to under ground cable in trench all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for brick Class 'B' size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm protection for under ground cable all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old bricks during excavation and relaying the same serviceable brick / PCC covers for protection of UG cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, single pole, 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 2 AMP, in the FRP Box complete with connection testing and commissioning including taking down unserviceable pole box complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unsv bollard light and M & L for LED based bollard light, with aluminium housing with acrylic diffuser of cap 10 W with IP 65/66 protection, bollard length should be 800mm with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaquar Cat part No :JSB-GRY-LBLDCON10XW or equivalent Halonex/ Crompton Note : The quoted rates is inclusive of excavation and foundation work of PCC of bollard fittings as recommended by OEM and Engr-in Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable post top lantern (gate light) 12 W with high power brightness LM 80 certified LED, made up of die cast aluminium spigot, spun aluminium powder coated top cover, aluminium PDC heat shrink, opal PC diffuser and clear acrylic diffuser with IP 65 protection and connecting with three core flexible copper wire from connector to ceiling rose. Make : Jaquar/ Halonix/Havells.

Taking down old unserviceable straight translucent poles size 0.75Mtr, Top and Bottom size 90 mm dia and light system 20-30 Watts, pole is wound on multi axis CNC filament winding machines using low angles for high strength, pole colour as per site required complete all as specified and directed.
