Dismantling exsting RCC & steel tubular poles with bracket & light and in lieu S&F 7 metre long hot dipped galvanised octagonal poles with top A/F 70mm bottom A/F 130 mm, made out of 3mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 220*220*12mm, including 1500mm long single arm bracket made out of 48mm dia, GI pipe, M20 in PCD 205mm, 700mm long and projected 100mm, "J" type EN8 grade set of 4 Nos foundation bolts alongwith templates, also including provision of the followings :- (a) MCB,SP,6A,230V, B series, 10KA mounted on and including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet-01 No. (b) 4 way connector, bolt type having locking arrangement, weather proof and water proof control space : 01 No. Notes: (a) The rate quoted shall also be deemed to include the cost for provision of 50mm bore PVC pipe from cable trench to centre of the pole concrete of the pole concrete. M &L for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length,bent to shape required, including cracking bending spirally forhooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm di or ecuring with clips etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in footing, columns, post, pillars, piers, wall of culverts, suspended slabs, edges and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete footings, columns, posts, pillars, piers, edges and struts of rectangular or triangular shape for rough finished flat concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for PVC copper cable 2.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductor 1100 Volt grade multi core multi stranded PVC insulated unsheated drawn through and including PVC conduit and accessories fixing on poles/ wall with clamps, nuts bolts etc from FRP box to street light fiting complete all as specified and direcetd

Supply and fix in replacement of FRP looping box of size 250x200x100 mm with connector, MCB 6 Amps, Din Rail, GI clamps made out of GI flat of size 25mm X 3 mm channel including making connections complete all as specified and directed. Make -National / Sintex/Hensel .

Supply and fix in replacement of FRP looping box of size 200x140x95 mm with connector, MCB 6 Amps, Din Rail, GI clamps made out of GI flat of size 25mm X 3 mm channel including making connections complete all as specified and directed. Make -National / Sintex/Hensel .

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel Tubular pole 7/9 mtr long by scarping old paint and applying two coats of Aluminium paint including numbering of pole with black oil paint and painting the base of the pole in alternate black and yellow stripes each 30 Cm apart up to 1.5 mtr height including marking of MES No. with black paint on the pole all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for straight through joint (epoxy) suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core up to 95 Sqmm size underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for secure/hanging of electrical XLPE/PVC cable/wires of any size on walls/ceiling with clamps, hooks, nuts , bolts and other accessories for electrical hyigen complete all as specified and directed.
