M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof slab / Chajja top with a mixture of water proofing liquid @ 3% by weight of cement on dried concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement. Note :- water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of concrete (roof etc) with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) Checking the roof slab by flooding test with water till total elimination of leakage seepage / dampness all as specified in SSR Part-I. (b) Brushing surface with neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.00kg of cement per Sqm. (c) Applying one coat of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sq. M (d) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm all as specified procured from any one of the approved manufactures (e) Apply two coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 kg/Sqm per coat over membrane over non assesble roof surfaces complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed

M&L for preparing of concrte /plastered roof /Chajjas etc with and including comprising of the following steps:- (a) Checking the roof slab by flooding test with water till total elimination of leakage / seepage / dampness all as specified in SSR Part-I (b) Cleaning & drying thoroughly existing surface of roofs,chajjas etc for all forign matters such as fungus,moss dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. (c) Removing loose concrete surfaces cracks etc and then apllying/filled with Dr fixit crack x or polymer modified mortar in case of wider cracks ( Bitumen based water proofing treatment must be removed by mechanical sacrification) or equvalent in SIKA / STP / BERGER. (d) Applying one coat of Dr fixit roof seal top coat (diluted with water 2:1) at the rate of 100-110 Sqft/Ltr and then allow it to dry for 2-3 hrs or equivelent in SIKA/STP. (e) Applying two coats of Dr fixit roof seal top coat ( diluted with water 2:1) embded a glass fiber mest (2x2mm-40gms) between the first and second coat as reinforcement complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dr Fixit roof seal or eqivelent in SIKA/STP/Bergar as approved by GE. Note:- Work shall be carried out through authorised applicator of the approved product only & 05 years waranty will be submitted by manufacturer.

M&L preparation of surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil and loose particles and applying special grade of primer PR-71 of chokesy chemicals 1.10 Kg/Sqm or equivelent of Dr fixit,Pidilite,Asian,Sika. Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out thorugh manufactures.

M&L preparation for applying two coats (with colour pigment) of high performance PU based cold applied elastomeric coating having solid content 80% shore, a hardness Min 60,tensile strength 1.50 to 2.0 N/mm2 TECH O THANE PU white @ 0.95 Kg per Sqm (0.45 Kg /Sqm /per coat) with dry film thickness of 1 to 1.20 mm on previously primed surface of chokesy chemical or equivelent of Dr.Fixit, pidilite, Asian, Sika. Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out thorugh authorised manufactures. 05 years waranty will be submitted by manufacturer.

M&L preparation of surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil and loose particles and applying liquid water proofing and seepage proof product of Dr. Fixit, Pidicrete,Asian ,Sika ,chokesy ltd in two coats as per manufacture instruction mix with cement on wall surafce . Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out thorugh manufactures.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces on wall/ceilling/stone/block etc including racking out joint, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry/PCC block, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 over brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer on newly plastered wall surfaces iover 2 coat of wall care putty preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

M&L for preparing surfaces of walls applying two or more coat of smartcare Damp proof advance water proof paint Asian or equivalent including scafolding at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in wall or ceiling, any position with nails

M&L for Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain / corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe 410 - W (Gde E-250)quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm dia and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 25mm dia and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for 15mm dia tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for 20mm dia tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for 25 mm dia tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n.exc 1000 ltrs tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 litres & n.exc 500 ltrs tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Dismantling existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n.exc 1000 litres all as directed and removed from site. NOTE:-Dismantled water tank shall become the contractors property as per Sch of credit.

Dismantling existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 litres & n.exc 500 litres all as directed and removed from site. NOTE:-Dismantled water tank shall become the contractors property as per Sch of credit.

S&F 500 litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed .

All as per above item but 1000 ltrs

S&F nipple 20mm dia suitable for HDPE water tank. (Minimum weight 15 mm-38gms/20mm- 45gms /25mm- 65gms)

S&F in repairs for 20mm Dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed

S and F Ball brass valve 20 mm dia high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule
