M & L for preparation of surface of any description (plastered and old decorated) over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Apex Ultima Weather shield paint at any height from 0.00 to 12.0 meter from GF level including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Total quantities of Apex Ultima Weather shield paint which has to be required for work shall be deposited by the contractor in store yard of AGE BR-II & shall be issued to contractor for painting work on daily basis. A separate ledger shall be maintained as a record for consumption of material used in work.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of Mangalore roof tiles by scrapping, cleaning by water jet etc and applying two coat of Apex Ultima Weather shield paint, white or tinted over and including a coat of primer etc at any height of bldg (0-12 meter) complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor has to give 3 Years Guarantee Certificate, if within guarantee period Apex removes / washout, contractor has to re-paint all the surfaces with Apex Ultima Weather Shield Paint at his own cost.

M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of ceiling including, cornices by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Total quantities of oil bound distemper which has to be required for work shall be deposited by the contractor in store yard of AGE BR-II & shall be issued to contractor for painting work on daily basis. A separate ledger shall be maintained as a record for consumption of material used in work.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer, white or tinted on wall complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Total quantities of oil bound distemper which has to be required for work shall be deposited by the contractor in store yard of AGE BR-II & shall be issued to contractor for painting work on daily basis. A separate ledger shall be maintained as a record for consumption of material used in work

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any descrition exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any descrition exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old work with one or more coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted wooden surfaces of any description, n.exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description, n.exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing old painted concrete or plastered surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for two coats of wall care putty, level and smoothen the surface and cure the first coat lightly once it dries and apply the second coat of 0.5-1 mm thickness once the first coat is fully dried and set. The thickness of each coat should not exceed 1mm and total thickness of putty should not be more than 2mm complete all as specified and directed

M& L for one coat of wall care putty, level and smoothen the surface and apply the putty of 0.5- 1 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed

M&L for writing letters on PVC coloured sheet of size 450mm x 200mm x 6mm thick, Writing letters / Numerical as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and fixing to Building with screws 4 Nos. Each, on any height of building up to 12m height, size of letter 80 x 125mm with Max of 4 letters complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying Asian paints SmartCare Damp proof Ultra on the wall, chajja surface etc. with and including following application method:- a) In the existing surface, the substrate must be checked for its soundness, damaged portions & hollow areas must be repaired with Polymer modified mortar. b) Small cracks 3mm or less should be open out, cleaned & filled with AP smart care Crack Seal & wider cracks should be filled with Polymer modified mortar. All corners and joints of drain pipes, channels etc. must be treated with polymer modified mortar prior to coating application. Ensure that the coating is applied at least 6 inch inside the drain pipe. c) Apply self-priming coat (3 Part Asian paints SmartCare Damp proof Ultra and 1 Part Water) and Allow to dry for at least 3-4 hrs prior to application of subsequent coat. d) Apply two coats of Apex Ultima Weather shield paint

M&L for rendering 10mm thick (In patches area n. exc. 5 Sqm) in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces, sagol finish at any height from 0.00 to 12.0 meter from GF level including necessary scaffolding including taking down of unserviceable exiting cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick (In patches area n. exc. 5 Sqm) in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces, sagol finish at any height from 0.00 to 12.0 meter from GF level including necessary scaffolding including taking down of unserviceable exiting cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick work, solid block or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces, sagol finish cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces, sponge finish cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing plastered / un-plastered old decorate surfaces of walls or pillars, cornices/ roof by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrubbing down smoke spots mould moss and efflorescent, salts, trading oil and grease spots of cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint at any height from 0.00 to 12.0 meter from GF level including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge
