Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standed aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm x 3.5 Core.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with to edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of size 25x4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron of steel all as shoen in electrical plate No -3 of SSR part I including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal and common salt, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 and RCC cover with suitable handle , and angle iron frame of suitable size to fix the cover, watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel, wire mesh snd GI protection pipe of 40mm dia up to the lenghth 7.5 meters, to the test point, complete all as specified and directed, including testing on completion.

Supply and Errection steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate , finial tapper plug , bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP -31, 9.0 Mtr long including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching and painting with bituminous paint internally including writing the pole number in white letters on black background complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork and PCC in foundation of poles,coping etc shall be measured and paid under respective items.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection ncluding electric connection with suitable 3 core wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including fixing arregement of lights on the top of high mast Pole including connections complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Luker Cat part No -LFL100LN5Y or equivelant in Bajaj/Philips/Havells/Surya/Crompton

Supply and fix ,bracket for street light,made out of GI Pipe medium grade of suitable size (40 mm dia and 1.2 mtr long) bent to shape ,fixed with and including necessary heavy duty clamps of suitable size including painting the clamps with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F FRP Junction box, light weight low corrosive suitable for pole mounting including MCB SP 2.5 / 6 amps , Box size not less than 250x200x100 mm including necessary connection for loop in and loop out cable connector and suitable size for cable glands complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for base foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 20 mm gradded stone aggregate for copping of poles Pedestal (PCC) or mass filling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F galvanised,40 mm bore , steel tubing, light grade, ISI marked, for protection of under ground cable on pole/wall/under road including taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed by engr in Charge.

Supply, laying and testing 10 Sqmm 2.0 Core, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, conforming to relevant IS, ISI marked, earthed system, armoured heavy duty, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, in trenches/wall/floor/pole complete and making connection including suitable size Aluminium lugs, including taking out existing cable and cable covers all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and above 1.5 mtr to 3.0 mtr in depth and getting out hard /dence soil and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for cutting the existing road/hard standing surfaces to a depth of 60cm and 50cm width and getting out for laying under ground cable including returning filling in, watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil and filling the top 15 cm thick with PCC type B2 1:2;4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) all as directed byEngineer-in-charge.
