Taking down old unserviceable flood light fittings from any height and Supply & fixing SMD LED flood light with minimum 45000 lumens (at system level) with C clamp mounting and the luminaires housing shall be made of non-corrosive high pressure ADC with corrosion resistant powder coating, MCPCB; U-shaped bracket RAL 9007 (housing) 9007 (Housing),Anti-dust exposed Lens, impact resistance IK 08,IP66, system Power : 400 watt, integrated Drive Efficacy : 90%, Life L70, 50k Hrs, color temp : 5700k, Luminaire efficacy 110 lumen/Watt at system level, sugar protection of 10 KV, Heat dissipation / heat sink : walk designrd Thermal managment system with PDC Aluminum heat sink, Gravity die cast shall not to be accepted, with Fins on the back to ensure good heat dissipation; which will create airflow around the housing to prevent dirt from setting on the luminaire, with lighting distribution options of Narrow/Asymmetrical wide / Symmetrical wide, Class B Servceability, Electrical safety & Conformation standards of luminaire : The luminaire should have gradution disk for aiming, LED flood light fitting should be supplied with BAR CODE which should be attached permanently to the fitting with company logo Engraved on it, LM79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/UL accredited lab to verify above parameters The luminaire should have proper IES files for submission.The luminaire should be IEC605098 certified Luminaire should be BIS Certified, There should optional coating available for extra protection in harsh environment such as salt atmospheres (harbours, coastal areas etc).

Taking out old/Unserviceable and Supply and Fix Electronic driver suitable for outdoor LED Flood light fitting of capacity 400 Watt.

Taking out old/unservicebale and supply and fix Surge protection device compatible with industrial & outdoor LED Flood light fitting of capacity 10 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) all as directed incl dismantling old one. NOTE :- Earth work, Cement concrete in foundation, coping etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply, laying and commissioning, testing armoured heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 4 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of thimbles/bottle lugs and taking out old u/s damaged cables.

All as per item No- 12.00 here in before but of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core including taking out old u/s damaged cables.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation complete.

S&F loop-in/loop-out box of outer size size 225mmx295mmx122mm made out of FRP(Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws along with with 5/6 Amps MCB - 01 No, 50 Amps rated 3 pole connector- 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector etc complete in the box, duly fixed to to steel tubular/rail/PCC/RCC pole using 25 x 3mm aluminium clamp not less than, including suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable complete all as directed including dismantling old one.

S&F street light bracket bend to shape made as required of 32/40mm dia 1 mtr long GI pipe light grade fixed to pole/wall with flat iron clamp of size 40x6mm two number with the help of nuts and bolts for fixing of street light fitting including making all electric connection including taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables etc. in any type of soil and getting out all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate includes removing of paver blocks carefully and stack properly for refixing after laying of cables .

All as per above item No.20 above but exceeding depth 1.5 mtr and n exceeding 3 mtrs.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils.

Removing excavated material from the site of work and transporting out of Station/site of work suitable to the contractor all as specified.

Supplying and laying with commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of thimbles and taking out old u/s damaged cables.

All as per Item No-24.00 here in before but of sizes, 16 sqmm, 4 core.

(ii) Analog time switch 3P Module, 24 hours program, programmable every 15 min., backup of 100 hours, current capacity 16A for ON/OFF controlling of security lights - 01 No. Make: Schneider, L&T or Legrand. (iii) Power contactor 3 pole AC, with 240 volt coil, 32 Amp rating conforms to IS / IEC 60947-4-1 for ON/OFF controlling of security lights - 01 No. Make: Schneider, L&T or Legrand. (iv) Copper bus bar strips made of copper of size 40x5mm having no.s of hole for connecting of outgoing cables - 04 Nos

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box factory made cubical outdoor type, slopy canopy fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron base frame made of 40x40x6mm, 45cm height, floor mounted duly bolts and nuts grouted, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415V 3 phase 4 wire weather proof with IP-66 protection, with separate hinge door for each compartment for incoming and out going MCCB etc with locking arrangement, with back door openable (Screwed), legs grouted in PCC complete including painting with two coats of epoxy powder paint over a coat of primer after under going a rigorous metal treatment process involving alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid or any other acid and phosphate and with copper busbar (TPN), suitable double compression copper cable glands complete in all respect for bay work station and including provn of the following:- (a) ACB 800 Amps 4 pole, 415 volt, thermal magnatic release type, Ics=100% Icu, 50 kA - 01 Nos, (b) Change over switch 800 Amp 4 pole 50 KA (c) MCCB 630 Amp, 4 pole, 415 volt, thermal magnatic release type, Ics=100% Icu, 36 kA-02 Nos, (d) MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole, 415 volt, thermal magnatic release type, Ics=100% Icu, 25 kA-02 Nos, (e) MCB TPN 40 Amps- 2 Nos (f) Digital panel meter with LCD multifunction meter with CT/PT and all parameters as V, A, F, PF, KW, kVAR, kWH etc. (g) Digital time switch 3 phase current capacity 16 Amp (h) Phase indicator lamp R,Y & B - (01 Set of three). Supply and fixing in repair LED Column Light 50 watt, 4 mtr height with die-cast aluminum pipe housing with cylindrical opal polycarbonate diffuser designed for rugged outdoor usage & IP 65 protection with Tricolor and tratic white output switch mounted on PCC block including connection copper wire of required length (not more than 2 mtr), connector and thimble/lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.
