M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 on concrete surface. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It has property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using latex B2 modified air cured mortar system in damaged areas (1Cement-3 part graded cleaned pre-packed river sand 10% latex mortar by weight of cement- 0.5 w/c ratio) upto 20 mm to 40 mm thickness including leveling profiling and removing and cleaning existing vegetation growth in structural and Non- structural items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling, Removing, Carefullly Concrete work by low impact Hammer, Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba outside the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns, beams, slabs, chajjas etc with Micro concrete (molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Grade of Micro-concrete to be M-40 at 28 days and same shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete

M&L for providing and Casting in position a mix of (M30 Grade) made clean sharp aggregates 10 mm down along with addition of Non shrink admixure including transporting, mixing, laying, curing, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing additional steel bar or stirrups of diameter in various structural elements like columns, beams and foundations including drilling, bending and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing form work of single lenght to pour the concrete /micro-concrete using waterproofing film coated ply wood complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down plaster (Chipping off ) removing ,carefully Loose plaster by low impact Hammer without damaging the structure and cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work /concrete surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in two coats 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including scaffolding, safety net etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall priming paint and over 1mm thick wall care putty incl necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces by scrapping, washing & applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall priming paint and over 1mm thick wall care putty on plastered surface and filling the surface inperfections such as holes, dirt, fine cracks all complete including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plasterd surface and applying one coat of primer & two coats of chemical waterproofing treatment (601 raincoat of Pidilite or equivalent) on wall, Chajja, terrace & Parapet wall such as Flexcoat, Beckcoat Exshield etc or equivalent including filling of cracks in walls/concrete with "Crack- X" of Pidilite or equivalent complete as per manufactures Instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old walls surface and applying one coat of primer & two coats of chemical waterproofing treatment (601 raincoat of Pidilite or equivalent) on newly plastered surfaces wall, Chajja, terrace & Parapet wall such as Flexcoat, Beckcoat Exshield etc or equivalent including filling of cracks in walls/concrete with "Crack- X" of Pidilite or technocommercial equivalent complete as per manufactures Instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down PVC rain water pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 160mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in wall of approved shape and size approved by GE at any height, any location, with dash through fasteners and rain water bracket suitable for 160mm pipes spacing 1.5 c/c as per CE Navy Mumbai TD/2023/01 including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) for rain water pipes 160 mm bore diminishing pieces or tapers on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 B2 type with with 40mm graded stone coarse aggregate in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Breaking chipping cleaning of the surface and disposing of debris. Repair to concrete cracks after opening in V groove and filling with PMM (1:3) admixed with Shalicrete. Injection grouting to be done at 30 cm c/c with cement slurry admixed ShaliGrout IP @ 1kg per 50kg bag of cement. (STP Ltd or technocommercial eqnt) Application of primer and 2 coats of ShaliCem-EWP as per methodology. Note- Making the lift well completely seepage and dampness free

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F powder coated anodised aluminium frame/track or shutters for windows, ventilators etc. with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.fixed or sliding type/louvered window or ventilator without sash bar, aluminium including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised alumnium snap beading, screws and locking arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium alloy wire mesh 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm fixed with aluminium wire staples alu shutters complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium and neoprene beads in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L aluminium anodised powder coated grill with suitable aluminium anodised frame section manufactured by M/S Deco grill pattern DG-102 (7.5mm dia and aparture 50mm) complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

S&F for machine cut kota stone slab single piece length as in jambs/cills/lintel of windows 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing (Note : kota stone single pice of Cill will be fixed in two steps) complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

S & F 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core constrution with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 100mm size stainless steel medium weight butt hinges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 125 mm extruded aluminium handles, fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp and staple ( bolt type ) and fixing bolt and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 140 mm overall length floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor all complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat pink primer on new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described including prepratio of surface complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of existing water proofing treatment of the roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including demolition of PCC padding/ bricks bats/mortar of any thickness & any description in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th and 15th floor, rate shall be included in the cost quoted by the bidder.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) addition and including WP+ 200 of UtraTech / Shali Plast LW+ of STP / Pidilite URP of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as appoved and per manufactures instruction Before laying concrete surface shall be cleaned and a bond coat of slurry with Shali Crete URP (of STP) or quivalent with cement to be applied. All cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th and 15th floor, rate shall be included in the cost quoted by the bidder.

MM&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with the addition of Shaliplast LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th and 15th floor, rate shall be included in the cost quoted by the bidder.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (Atactic poly propylene) modified bitumious members weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 150 gms/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polyethene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polytheylene, applied by thermofusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer 0.40 Kg/Sqm over roof (an overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on side and ends respectively ) All as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only. 2) The rate is inclusive of properly cleaning and drying of existing surface, carrying out water ponding test as specified 3) Work to be carried out above 14th and 15th floor, rate shall be included in the cost quoted by the bidder.

M&L for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating complete as specified below : Supplying and applying high performance polyurea polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied by spray / brush, smart care ultron liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 12.6 N/sqmm as per ASTM D 2370, crack briding ability of 3mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore A hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D 2240. The system included final base preparation epoxy primer application and applying smart care ultron in two coats at 1.2 Kg /Sqm each coat complete all as per manufacturer specifications and instructions including water proofing treatment to rain water spouts of entire roof terrace by opening of all the existing failed loose pipes and its joints (in old structure), replacing the same by an appropriate dia pipe (not less that 110mm) followed by application of two coats polymer polyurethane elestomeric water proofing coating to ensure leakage free joints (work included filling of mortar and making good the same). Note : 1) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only. 3) Work to be carried out above 14th floor, rate shall be included in the cost quoted by the bidder.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx20mm thick, machine pressed; set, jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment & pointed with epoxy mortar of width 3 mm joint in floors over and incl 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate , finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished material exc 5 Km but n.exc 15 Km and depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge.
