Solar Power Generation and comprehensive maintenance

PART-I (Balance work of Solar power generation)

Completion of balance work including testing & commissioning of Solar Power Plant in respect of cancelled contract agreement bearing No. CE(AF)/NGP/NAG/14 OF 2018-2019, PROVISION OF SOLAR POWER GENERATION AT AF STATION NAGPUR, except comprehensive maintenance which is being seperated and to be quoted separately under Srl Item No.2 (i.e 2.1 to 2.5) here-in-after. The following documents are annexed to tender documents for reference and guidance, however, the bidders/ contractors shall visit the site of works to ascertain the exact scope of work to be carried out under the scope of subject contract agreement. All bidders/ contractors who are bidding for this work shall be deemed visited the site whether they actually visit the site or not. No claim whatsoever for not visiting the site of work or mis-assessing the scope of work will be admissible. The quoted amount is deemed to include for all aspects/items for making the complete plant operational to meet the requirements as stipulated. (a) BOQ of cancelled contract (Annexure-1 to BOQ) (b) Brief scope of incomplete/ defective works (Annexure-2 to BOQ) (c) Serviceable/ unserviceable materials available at the site (Annexure-3 to BOQ) (d) Design report approved by NISE (Appendix-'E' to Particular Specifications)
