Note for item No 1 to 4: (i) The contactor shall not hamper the water supply to the resident/ user. (ii) The contractor shall also confirm the restoration of water supply from service tank after cleaning from the resident / user. (iii) Any damage during cleaning of Service tanks the same will be replaced by the contractor without any cost to the department.

S&F in repair Ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete ISI marked of following size, complete all as specified and dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No 5 : The contactor shall depute a person during the time of water supply distribution to check overflow once in a month. A record of the same shall be maintained by the contractor.

Supply and fix in repair PVC tank cover suitable for 500 ltrs/1000 ltrs capacity as per existing size complete with fixing accessories

S&F in repairs galvanized iron water tubing medium grade conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 at Incoming of the service tanks / Fresh water line of kitchen complete all as required at site for branch connection including cutting threading complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs following capacity triple layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc complete.

M&Lfor preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment old surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes & preparing the surfaces and applying two coats of finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)® upto OHT 24 METER complete all as specified and directed.
