S&F retro reflective raised pavement markers (cat eye) double sided lense reflector white/red/yellow polycarbonate / ABS plastic body including epoxy adhesive & drilling etc. and necessary fixing hardware of standard size, shape/colour, body & lens as apporved by engineer in charge.

S&F in repair Solar cat eye/road stud having 3LEDs of Colours Red/Amber/Green to each side( Total 06 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125X125x25mm with built in stem of suitable length to be fixed with epoxy and having High capacity Ni-Cd Rechargeable Battery with a backup of upto 12 hours, well protected in side under tough unbreakable transparent sheet.(Make as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.)

S&F in repair reflective type delinators, containing 125mm wide 2 strip and 17-18mm wide 3 strips of high intensity prismatic type on 75mm dia and 800mm high (above GL) and 250mm (below GL) made of MS pipe medium grade duly painted with black paint as approved by GE incl fixing in PCC (1:2:4) 20 mm aggregate and excavation work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for mastic asphalt 40mm thick with 10/20 grade bitumen including producing the same at computerised batch mix plant transpoting the same to site by means of mastic cookers laying the same with mastic paver and including all necessary tools labour & barricading spreading of aggregates as antiskid measures by means over newly laid mastic asphalt as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Rolling and consolidation of formation surface in cutting incl watering with exc 8 tonne & not exc 12 tonne power road roller.

M&L for soiling (or sub base) 200mm thick spread thickness in two layers of 100mm each with broken boulders or quarried stone 63mm nominal size, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with exc 8 tonne & not exc 12 tonne power road roller req gradient and camber

M&L for 150mm thick (consolidated thickness) WBM in 2 layers of 75mm each with granite, trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolid-ated with exc 8 tonne & not exc 12 tonne power road roller to req gradient & camber.

M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags and applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10kg/10 sqm using paving bitumen

S&F Speed breaker rumble strips dual directional made of ABS material size 425 X 50 X 500 mm. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material arc welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a longtime complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade of With grey cement and pigments incl removal of old paver blocks and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting 2mm thick thermoplast fluroscent paint incl 20% glass beads with commercial stripping machine including preparation of surface as per manufacturer's instruction making lines/dashes, arrows etc, on roads, pavements, runways and other like surfaces not exc 10cm in width or girth, colour white or golden yellow or any other shade as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerb stone pcc or similar places etc incl demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and remove outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old/new decorated surfaces of walls by scrapping old paint with mechanically operated steel wire brush, wash the surface throughly and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) (1st coat shall be applied by brush/roller, 2nd coat shall be applied by using spray machine over a coat of primer complete including necessary steel scaffolding + green cloth all round the work side for any posititon/height, complete all as specified and directed.(For bldg from GF to fourteen Floor). Note :-Necessary safety precautions need to taken before applying paint.

M&L PCC type B2 1:2:4 as in foundation using 40mm stone aggregatecomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (note- Moulding of sheet as per requirement is incl in rate)

S & F in repairs MS work (flat iron, round bar) and framed brackets of angles, joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc cut to shape (cut to ordinary length i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) drilled and cuntersunk for screws, including bending and welding as necessary, confirming to fe-290 Gde E165 including removing of old brackets and remove to store including necessary welding and nut & bolts complete as specified and directed.

S&F plain / MS plate, channels, square cut ot notched (ordinary and counter sunk, forming holes without any attachment Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quility A )complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge.(Appx ht 40 Ft)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair steel tubular swaged street light poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22, 8.50 mtr long and painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer on exposed surface of pole all as specified and irected by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE :- Excavation will be ,measured and paid seperately)

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete including necessary form work.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate block masonry with solid block, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete fot coping of pole including necessary from work and fair finish to the exposed surface area without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing LED Street light fittings 120 Watt capacity in aluminium pressure die cast housing with toughened glass cover, High Power LED, secondary optics, IP 65/66, 10KV SPD, 100lm/Watt including wiring complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair FRP type looping box of size 250 x 125 x 100 mm including necessary arrangement to fix the looping box with suitable nuts, bolts,washers flat iron etc comprising of the followings:- (a) MCB, 6 to 32 Amps, SP (10 KA) (B serires)-01 No.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of heritage aesthetic look (RAL Color Code 9007) post top luminaire having symmetrical distribution beam angle of 120°X120° (±5%) with housing material of Die-cast aluminum, powder-coated finish, PC cover; system wattage not exceeding 33W and system lumen output of not less than 3900 lumens with efficacy not less than 118lumens/W. CCT of 3000K and CRI=70 with SDCM5. Weight not more than 8.5 kgs. Fixture shall operate in a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C . Fixture shall have input voltage for 100 – 277 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Supply and fix in repair LED light 15 W integral decorative LED bollard with aluminium pipe housing,PDC base and Top Cover with glare free PC Diffuser and High Lumen,Ip 65 with height 800 mm With all acessories including PCC foundation tapper plug bolts,nuts,screwed etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
