SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (PERIODICAL MAINT) Periodical repairs / maintenance of fortnightly, monthly, quarterly (as per routine), daily cleaning of lift cabin with anti-bacterial solution including attending lift in case of emergency for a period of one month for one No “KONE” make automatic electric lift service of 10 passenger capacity (680 Kgs) with automatic sliding door to serve ground plus six upper floors (Total seven openings) with a speed of 01 Meter /second including replacement of oil and minor spares like nuts, bolts, control wires, COP's unserviceable buttons, small switches, level switches, landing door lock contacts, landing door springs, landing door gibbs, LED down lights any watts, thimbals and car shoe liner etc., as required and other items not covered under items ser No. 7 to 25 of this schedule for lifts installed at Renu building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Periodical repairs/ maintenance of fornightly, monthly, quarterly ( as per routine), daily cleaning of lift cabin with anti-bacterial solution including attending lift in case of emergency for a period of one month for one No “KONE” make automatic electric lift serve of 27 passenger capacity (2000 Kgs) with automatic sliding door to serve ground plus six upper floors (Total seven openings) with a speed of 01 Meter / second including replacement of oil and minor spares like nuts, bolts, control wires, COP's unserviceable buttons, small switches, level switches, landing door lock contacts, landing door springs, landing door gibbs, LED down lights any watts, thimbals and car shoe liner etc., as required and other items not covered under items ser No. 7 to 25 of this schedule for lifts installed at Renu building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes for item Nos. 01 and 02: (i) The details of maintenance to be carried out during daily /fortnightly /monthly /quarterly / half yearly /yearly. Log sheet of the maintenance will be submitted by the contractor on monthly basis duly signed by service engineer and contractor. Format of logsheet will be approved by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The rate quoted is inclusive of the cost of all kind of checking and for earth resistance test. (iii) The rate quoted is inclusive of repairs /replacing of earthing system as required on ground. (iv) The rate quoted is inclusive of the cost of components generally changed due to wear and tear and not considered under Sch A part III, such as parts of electronic control panel's power contactor, break shoe liner, cables for inter connections, springs, bearings, bushing, gibs, fuses, nuts and bolts etc., (v) The visit of executives/ experts be intimated well in advance so that periodical maintenance can be supervised, schedule of periodical maintenance (daily, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually) be submitted well in advance for approval by Engr-in-charge. (vi) The AMC should cover any/ all parts of lifts if its functions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (vii) The contractor has to carry out the AMC of the lifts through OEM only. (viii) All maintenance should be carried out in presence of concerned JE E&M and OEM Authorised Lift engineer maintenance slip will be submitted accordigly. (ix) The rate quoted is inclusive of annual inspection of lift by PWD authorised lift inspector and the report should be submmited to GE office accordingly.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (RESCUE OPERATION) Providing rescue operator for passenger lift for capacity 10 passengers (680 Kgs) and 27 Nos of passengers (2000 Kgs) - 01 No of Make : M/s KONE, installed at Renu building from 0600 hours to 1400 hours and 1400 hours to 2200 hours in two shifts of 08 hours each per day, including sunday and holidays all as per latest applicable lift rules complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
