Removing of all vegetation ,small plants / roots etc, of girth n. exc. 30 cm each from wall/ roof/ chajjas of bldgs, by cutting holes and making good in CM / PCC of required grade, upto various floor including pouring of concentrated sulphuric acid to avoid regrowth of the same to the satisfaction at any floor of bldg of 1 to 24 story from inside or out side of bldg including rope zula or scafolding arrangment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Cleaning of blocked sewage lines of any dia, using high power jetting system and/or vacuum suction machines including disposal of the material outside MD land at places designated by the local authorities at any floor of multystory building from inside and outside complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor is required to ascertain the designated place for disposal of waste material before quoting.

M & L for appliying the white cement is used to fill joints of glazed wall tiles,non skid floor tiles,marble,kota stone joints of wash basin, joints of indian WC,joints of EWC, joints of floor trap,joints of pipes ,joints of sink,joints of marbale tiles complete as an ceilint and make it as finish complete all as specified and directed by engineer in chrage. M & L for Bailing out sludge cleaning /opening of all blockage under ground sewer line of any depth and size, Cleaning of spot blokage in man hole in any depth ,WC of blockage, blockage gully traps , blockage floor trap, blockage CI bend of any type by manual/macanical method. Making good for all servicesable. The complaint shall be cleared/rectified to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within the same day. Note :- (i) 01 (One) Sweeper with T & P /mechanical equipments shall be provided by contractor and Monitor/supervised by contracter for provide status of complaint and maintain the attendence report and record of complaint/work done. Sweeper shall be provided for 08 hours per day, he should be clear any type of blockage for sewage system on day to day complaint basis by user and will report at 0900 hrs to the AGE B/R,Worli office for complaints and submit completion report by Contracter at 1700 hrs everyday.(The recovery from contractor on account of non complience of complaint within same working day hours of Rs. 1000/- will be recoverd per day) (ii) The Mechanical excavation sewage cleaning machine motor driven compulsory will be brought on the site before commencement and upto complition of work for cleaning blockage, otherwise recovery on account of mechanical excavation sewage machine Rs.1000/- will be recovered per day from contractor.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 300mm internal dia of pipe (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation, etc, for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes,pier holes, cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed

M/L for providing , lowering,laying,alighning,fixing 300(OD)/175(ID) MM dia in position and jointing at all level/depth full round HDPE , DWC( double wall corrugated) pipes of SN 8 grade as per IS : 16098( Part 2) amended up to date in trenchs in complete incl all material, labour section , hydraulic testing ( including cost and conyance of water to site for testing ) and commissioning as per technical specification, drawing and as per circular ) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, for 300mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in Cement mortar or cement lime morta.

M&L for brick work with sub class ;B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 (External) and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only water proofing compound , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition cement reinforce concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for anu purpose complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing, precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 20 mm aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:4 ,complete all as specified

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,complete all as specified
