S & F for gun metal gate valve with following mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends ISI marked fixed to GI pipe including removal old unsv one complete all as specified

M & L for attending the emergent repairs to leakage/ damage GI pipe including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to Make- the system in order / functional and necessary excavation ,returning , filling of soils and removal of water by using pump, cutting out GI pipe at both ends and jointing with new fittings, accessories such as union, sockets, Tee, Tee reducer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: a. Excavation earthwork cost with JCB Machine or manuelly is included in price seperate rate for JCB or any machinary will be paid to contractor b. Cost of bend, T, elbow and socket or any other items will not be paid seperately.

S & F Cast iron sluice valve with stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS:14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos complete including removing of old unsv one of the following bore sizes complete all as specified :-

supply and fixing cast iron foot ball valve, ISI marked both end flanged with nut bolt washers and rubber gasket confirming IS 4038, installation, testing of following sizes complete all as directed and specified

M&L construction of Brick Masonry Valve Pit, one Brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundation, Rendering 15mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.0mm thick MS Sheet Valve Pit Cover, welded with 40X5mm Flat Iron Frame alround including provision of Hinges, Handle and Locking Arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6mm Angle Iron Frame fixed on Top of Valve Pit by means of Holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm, applying two coats of Anti-corrosive Paint over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer after preparation of all exposed to Steel Surfaces including necessary Earth Work in Soft/Loose Soil and demolition of old unserviceable Valve Pit of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair of existing Brick Masonry Valve Chamber, with brick work with sub- class 'B' brick in one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 including Rendering of Cement plaster 15 mm thick internally and externally with Cement motor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair and repacement of existing Brick Masonry Valve Chamber cover of any size and discription with and including MS Sheet Cover 3 mm thick, welded with 40 x 5 mm Flat Iron Frame alround including provision of Hinges, Handle and Locking Arrangement and 40 x 40 x 5 mm Angle Iron Frame fixed on Top of Valve Pit by means of Holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block of any size, applying two coats of Anti-corrosive Paint over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer after preparation of all exposed to Steel Surfaces and demolition of old unserviceable Valve Pit cover of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mechanical joint consisting of compression collars made out of Cast Iron, MS Flanges drilled as per IS for pressure rating PN1.6, including MS nuts, bolts, rubber gasket,cleaning the pipe surface,chamfering or cutting the edges of pipes for positioning, jointing and testing for the following size and of pipe material GI/CI/MS/AC all as directed and as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 500/1000 Ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) water tank, dewatering, cleaning and removeing all dirt, scale and algae formation from inside the tank by using cleaning chemicals including paste stickers mentioning "TANK CLEANED ON " with date, month, & year. The stages of cleaning prosess of tanks are as follows :- (a) To drain out the water by using exist valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b) Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using high-strength calcium hypochlorite (HSCH) chemicals and scrubbing the walls & base of the tank by scrubber. (c) Fresh water cleaning with high speed jet pump. (d) Drying the tank then first stage of bacteria screening and sterlization of the tank by using high-strength calcium hypochlorite (HSCH) chemical. (e) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum clearner. (f) Second stage of bacteria screening and starilization of the tank by using ultra violet ray ejector covering 360 degree within the tank and killing all suspended bactaria (g) Third stage of bacteria screening and sterilization of the tank floor by usinghigh-strength calcium hypochlorite (HSCH) chemical. Note - (i) The quoted rate shall include for removal of mud, grits and deposits etc properly from site of work and on completion of work sterlisation certificate to submitted to the Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Cleaning needs to be done mechanically by authorised dealer/agent as approved by Engr-in-charge. (iii) Cleaning chemical shall also be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment old surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes & preparing the surfaces and applying two coats of finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)® upto OHT 24 METER complete all as specified and directed. Make: Asian/Berger Nerolac or equivalent Note : Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be include. Safety precautions like rope, safety belts, scaffolding helmets , ladder etc & shall be responsibility of contractor.

Labour only for Crane for painting of Overhead tank for height 24 meter on houly basis complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge
