SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VII (Miscellaneous) NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part II to VI items which are not Prepriced by MES are given here under, Bidders shall insert their rate in Column-6 only and the Estimated rate indicated as "0.0" are for that purpose.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60X60cmX6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel,Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for,electrode, PCC pit and C.I. cover, Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified,G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injuryor tempering, Test point and extra length of main earthing lead beyond 7.5 metres, Connecting lead from test point to main switch or switch board or equipment to be earthed On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Supply , laying of DWC Pipe of outer dia 50mm and inner dia 38 mm complete all as per specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII (Soil Investigation and Design and consultation ( PHASE I)

1. Mobilisation of drilling machinery accessories and Man power at site and demobilization the same after completion of the entire work and carrying out soil investigation by drilling bore holes ( 100 mm dia in any type of soil and 75mm dia (Nx size) in rock upto depth of 10m depth respectively and collecting disturbed soil samples/ rock core from different location for carrying out relevent laboratory test, all as directed by Enginner-In-Charge inclusive of undermentioned test.

(a) Conducting density test of soil (Lab test) (b) Collecting undisturbed soil samples. ( c) Water absorbtion tect (Lab test) (d) Soked crushing strenght test on rock. (e) Atterberg's limt on soil. (f) Conducting standered penitration test (SPT) (g) Specific Gravity (h) Chemical analysis of soil/ water (j) Porosity of water (k). Complition of field and lab test results and Submitting Report in three copies with all field and laboratory test results, SBC recommendations complete
