Sch A Part XI (Miscellaneous Items of B/R and E/M)

M&L for LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete for 20 users With UPFLOW FILTER INLCUDING MEDIA complete all as specified and directed

Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.8 M dia X 3.0 M effective depth complete all as specified and directed. Supply, install,testing and commissioning single stage split casing centrifugal pump set for clear water capacity not less than including 2588 ( LPM) Ltr / Min @ 32 Mtr head mounted on base frame , electric driven, 3 phase, 440 Volt, 4 Wire, 50 cycles ,AC, 1500 RPM with copper wound induction motor directly coupled including CI casing and impeller, CI260(012) suitable size of suction pipe and discharge pipe sizes 150x100 mm (GI/DI/CI pipe), connection from sump to pumps delivery to main header coupling guard, presssure gauges at delivery side , necessary numbers of sluice valves, air release valves, CI foot valves, Automatic star delta starter of suitable capacity/size and all accessories as recommended by manufacturer for PCC foundation and MS channel suitable size, nut bolts and washers, vibration rubber pads complete all as specified and as directed consisting of following :- Note : (a) PCC foundation, base frame and all other minor items shall be provided as per manufacturer instructions and directed by Engr in charge. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) S&F ASD Starter of suitable size for LT panels, connecting cables from panels to pumps of 15 HP capacities pumps ( pump houses ) as directed by Engr Incharge. Tenderer is advised to inspect site before quoting the rates. (c) S&F suitable copper connecting cables from starter to induction motor.

Supply and fix in position cast iron flanged sluice valve of class 1.6 PN, long body, ISI marked, conf to IS-14846 with stainless steel spindle and hand wheel including nut bolts, rubber gasket complete for installation of valve all as specified and directed by EIC of size 300 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ductile iron pipes with push on joints, Class - K9, conforming to IS 8329 (centrifugally cast spun ductile iron pressure with spigot end with cement mortar linening inside) in any length for 300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- Earth work, Joints and DI specials/ fittings of the pipes shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ/Schedule `A'.

S&F Ductile iron pipes with push on joints, Class - K9, conforming to IS 8329 (centrifugally cast spun ductile iron pressure with spigot end with cement mortar linening inside) in any length for 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed :- NOTE :- Earth work, Joints and DI specials/ fittings of the pipes shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ/Schedule `A' .

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (Internal dimension) size 100mm thick with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, brick work 23cm thick built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick fixed with angel iron frame 50x50x6mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting ot MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc to all making suface making good all distrurbed sufgace to match surrounding complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI strips of size 32 x 6 mm as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire mesh. CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate for Earthwotk, PCC, GI pipe, CI cover etc. are deemed to be included in rates quoted

All as per above item but using Copper plate 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead (for metering KIOSK) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Water meter 200 mm bore, CI class 'B', both end flanged complete with rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type both side extensible 3 way RMU floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of 1 no. non motorized fixed type Vacuum Circuit Breaker module and 2 no. fixed type non motorized Load Break switch module with earthing. Both side extendable with SCADA communicable relay. All live parts, bus bars, LBS connections of RMU shall preferably be enclosed in 2way+1 tank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Bushings bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar .Also, the outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switchgear, to ensure IP3X+IP54 protection for cable boxes. The RMU & Vacuum Interrupter in the VCB module shall be of same make only.

The unit shall be internal arc proof 21kA for 1 sec. (IAC-AFLR) for tank Cable Box ,and tested and totally safe for human beings. The gas release & personnel safety with internal arc proof shall not depend on plinth design. The release of gas to be from the top of the unit, so that, even if the person is operating the unit, opening the cover, & there are personals near the sides of the RMU/plinth, top release will ensure their safety. The release in no case should be from any side or bottom of the unit, as the same is unsafe for the operating personnel/pedestrian or general public. Bidder shall provide type test report to prove compliance to the ‘Internal fault IAC-AFLR as per IEC 62271-200.Internal arc proof & testing shall be done with enclosure door in open condition, with switching devices in operation mode.
