M&L for providing and laying 75mm or less thickness (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminous macadam (design mix) with crushed and graded coarse stone aggregate filler (cement) and sand (fine aggregate) mixed with 4% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix) mixing bituminous macadam in the hot mix mechanical plant and laid with mechanical paver complete rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : The design mix for BM considering bitumen content as specified shall be carried out from any one of the Institution as specified in particulars specifications & cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per design mix approved by GE) (NOTE for Ser. Item No. 1.00 to 4.00 above :- (i) The work is to be executed in piecemeal manner based on Work to be ordered in patches of different locations / roads in the AOR of AGE B/R-I & II of GE (Central) Pune as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and the contractor shall have to arrange material & labour accordingly. The contractor shall not be entitled for any compensation on this account. (ii) The Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of work in Patch manner.)

M&L for making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc exceeding 10cm wide on bituminous surfaces, with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sign glass beads @ 120 gms per Sqm area confirming to MORTH & BIS specification, not less than 2.0mm thick of white/golden/ yellow as approved colour/ shade and applied with mechine, as manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface i.e. cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt oil grease etc complete all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fix cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions incl taking out old unserviceable cat eyes of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturer's instructions etc. incl taking out old unsv cat eyes of any description complete all as specified and directed Note for Ser. Item No. 5.00 to 7.00 above : (i) Old unserviceable cat eyes of any description shall be contractor's property as per schedule of credit.) (ii)The quantity against these items are required to be executed at different locations in the AOR of AGE B/R-I & II of GE (Central) Pune all as directed by EIC and contractor shall have to arrange material & labour accordingly. The contractor shall not be entitled for any compensation on this account.

Carrying out measurement of roughness as per Provn laid down in IRC SP-16-2019. Contractor will engage certified consultants / testing agency and IRI resurfacing value before resurfacing and get particular road length approved by GE for resurfacing before execution complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. Item No. 8.00 above but after completion of resurfacing and comparison with previous data. The IRI value obtained post resurfacing should have IRI value for "Good" quality post resurfacing complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE FOR SER. ITEM NO. 8.00 & 9.00 ABOVE: Measurement of road roughness for the work carried out under the AOR of AGE B/R-I & II of GE (C) Pune shall be carried out by SEMT wing CME Pune / Govt. Approved and NABL accredited testing agency seperately. The Test result values before resurfacing and after resurfacing for the work carried out under AGE B/R-I & II of GE (C) Pune shall be submitted by the contractor seperately)
