SCHEDULE `A' PART-XIII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

DEMOLITION/ DISMANTLING

Taking down unservicable main switches, DBs, metal clad sockets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable submain wiring any type/ size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable MCBs isolators from existing DBs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep from existing place or from any height and depositing in E/M store yard for disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of 300/ 450 mm sweep from existing place or from any height and depositing in E/M store yard for disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wall mounting fan of 350 mm sweep from existing place or from any height and depositing in E/M store yard for disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down geyser from existing place or from any height and depositing in E/M store yard for disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down water cooler of capacity 40/ 80 Litre per hour from existing place or from any height and depositing in E/M store yard for disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI pipe of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down gun metal gat or globe valves of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed.

UPGRADATION OF B&R WORKS

Material and labour for removing existing water proofing treatment (except concrete padding) and removing debris/ rubbish materials off the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 75mm dia of outlet PVC (SWR) nahani trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for special treatment for sunken portion of WC's bath toilet, kitchen etc. executed in following stages: Stage 1: Providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical for Dr. Fixit or Shalicrete 'R' of STP Ltd in the proportion/ quantity all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 2: Primer-mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces. Stage 3: Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) 1 kg/ sqm by brush all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 4: Laying fibre glass cloth of weight not less than 50 gms/ sqm over the first coat while the coated surfaces is still sticky. Stage 5: After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat ie. final coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) 1 kg/ sqm by brush all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250 Ml/ 50 kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7: Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. Notes: (i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid. (ii) The above treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer and necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall also be produced by the contractor.

Supply and fix chromium plated toilet paper holder and fixed over glazed ceramic tiles complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION INCLUDING UPGRADATION ITEMS

Supply and fix in replacement LED study lamp suitable for reading complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED bulb 9 Watt with fiitings , 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of geyser to the original position as removed for demolition and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix meter box of size (1 m x 1m x 0.25 m) made of polycarbonate and having transparent cover, weather/ vermin proof, anti-acid, anti-corrosive, UV resistant, fire retardant, thickness 2.25 mm double door, single opening with lock arrangement suitable for fixing 01 electric meter and TPN DB box including taking down existing electric meters, refixing them with two single core PVC copper conductor unsheathed wire multistranded 4 sqmm including properly painting and fixing in wall with suitable cutting, cement and brick work etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing/ hanging the ceiling fan including electric connection with and including new flexible sheathed copper wire 3 core from ceiling rose/ connector to fan connector, including replacement of new nut bolts, rubber reel, capacitor 2.5mfd, machine screws and split pins etc. including painting the ceiling fan complete body with blades, canopies, down rod etc. with synthetic enamel paint by spray gun in colour as directed after scraping down old paint complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 80 mm bore dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cutting CI pipes of dia 80 mm in position for insertion and including provision of tee branches etc. for 80 mm dia pipe line complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm internal size including necessary earth work and excavation etc. in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 in coping, brick wall in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) internally and provision of MS sheet cover 10 gauge thick with locking arrangement and pad lock of brags 35 mm with triplicate keys, cover fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with hinges including painting of MS cover frame etc. with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including taking out unservicable valve pit chamber complete all as specified and as directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for cutting existing road/ hardstanding not exceeding 50 x 60 cm in width and depth and getting out excavated material for laying GI tube for passing through LT cable, returning filling and well ramming, watering and finishing surfaces 10 cm from top using PCC 1:1.5:3 including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and install LT distribution panel (CPRI approved) pedastal type outdoor factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, size not less than 2.0 m x 0.9 m x 1.5 m and suitable size to accommodate all accessories/ fittings, compartmentalised in construction to accomodate incoming MCCBs and TPN aluminium bus bars of suitable capacity of 600 Amps. The TPN busbars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/ epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have aluminium extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC/ epoxy insulators having provision for terminaton of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnecion shall be colour coded sleeves. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm duly coated with zinc metal coating.

A detachable pregrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm hick zinc metal coated should be used at he bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The above panel shall be front openable by double door form and shall have louvers and qirvent gasket for natural flow of air adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and panl shall be cold zinc (for rust proof) sprayed thickness complete all as specified and as directed consisiting and comprising of the following: (a) Busbar aluminium TPN 600 Amps - 01 set (b) MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps 415 Volts 36 KA - 01 No. (incoming) (c) MCCB TP 125 Amp 415 Volts 16 KA - 04 Nos. (outgoing) (d) MCCB TP 100 Amp 415 Volts 16 KA - 03 Nos. (outgoing) (e) Digital voltmeter - 01 No. (f) Digital ammeter - 03 Nos.

REFRIGERATION AND HOT WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix refrigerator, electric driven (single phase) of capacity 310 Litres, BEE 5 star rated, 230 V, AC single phase complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix storage type water heater (geyser) electrical operated 230/ 240 Volts 25 Litre capacity, BEE five star rated complete with all safety equipment and accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, fusible plug, top plug 15 Amp, heating element upto 2 KW rate pressure 6 bar etc. required for proper functionality and including electric/ earth connections and carrying out grounting and complete installation with mounting bolts, nuts including testing after installation complete all as specified and as directed
