(d) Cooling Tower (FRP) with 15/20 HP blower motor - 4 Nos. Cooling tower with motor fan, sump, butterfly valve NRV, strainer makeup tank of capacity 10000 litres pvc syntex tank, motor capacity of 15/20HP Make 04 Nos of Advance cooling tower ltd. (e) 37 Nos AHUs, 09 FCUs, 09 Nos RUs, 10 Nos Ductable ACs of various capacity including all connected accessaries.

(ii ) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included cleaning of installation & surrounding area of AC Plant, taking care from any pilferage/damage of installation & maintening documents/registers, duty roster & attendence register complete all as specified & directed. (iii) The rates quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all the latest labour laws / regulation including all relevent taxes as applicable. (c) Contractor shall quoted the rates considering their monthly leaves, reliever etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/ tradesman from duty, payment of that day will not be paid, In addition of that a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day per person will be recovered from contractor dues. also in case of long absence continuously (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, The payment of that day will not be paid. The contractor shall have to claim on this account. (iv) Contractor has to supply three sets of tools and plant to the labour employed by him and should be placed with the safe custody of department, rates quoted shall be deemed to be inculded the above of provision.

(v ) Surprise check will be carried out by department representative and if any emplyoes is not availabe at his working place, he will be treated as absent. (vi) Contractor has to submit the list of employes including reserve along with police verification, Adhar card, Adhar card linked bank account No and relevant documents as mentioned in PS to the Engineer-in-Charge along with performance security before issue work order. (vii) The payment shall be made to employes on or before 10th of every calender month. Payment to employes shall be done by crossed cheque/RTGS/NEFT/IMPS through Adhar card linked Bank Account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. (viii) Contractor has to employ the number of labours per day as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge for which he has to make alternative arrangement.

(ix) In case any variation in manpower as indicated in Column No 4 of BOQ due to any reasons/ or any manpower held in department or any policy change contractor should have no claim on that account (x) Contractor will render a certificate/ confirmation every month that minimum wages act is not violated and every employee engaged have been paid their wages only through individual bank account laborers in full and receipts there on obtained.(xv) If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost given at SCH A Note at Page No 14 the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (xi) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost given at SCH A Note at Page No 14 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will beverified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amont to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGNs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliever wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working.

Supply & fixing in repairs wire netting of galvanised steel wire 24 guage fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples mesh size 12mm aparture over entire duct insulation with 50mm overlap for preventing rat bites.

Taking down old unsrv insulation over the chiller pipe line, cleaning water pipe surface with steel brush remove dirt/dust, Material & labour for chilled pipe line insulation by applying a coat of zinc chromite primer & apply a two coats of cold setting adhesive compound (CRPX) on pipes for sticking the insulation bonded mineral wool of density 144 Kg/cum, 50mm thikness tightly pressed on the pipe upto 250mm dia seal all the joint with adhesive compound wrap the insulation surface by using one layer of polythene sheet 50mm wide PVC tape cover the entire with chicken mesh finish the surface, of density 144 Kg/Cum and cover 26 gauge alluminium GI cladding of approved colour & cover with Glasswool complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs filter drier 5/8" MFL suitable for filteration of R-134A gas suitable for Daikin make chiller.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description of iron Brackets, Iron Cantilever Beams, Rail sections, cleaning the surface with steel brush to remove dirt/dust etc and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including every joints, corners complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs aluminium rectangular grills complete with wooden frame work made out of II nd class hard wood, volume control damper including gasket and connected accessories complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully existing false ceiling of any description and refixing the same after completion of work all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.
