Demolition and breaking up drain pipe(salt glazed ware,AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified and directed internal dia of pipe-150mm over and including demolition of pcc bed and haunching and removing debris out of MoD land.

Note: Thickness of PCC bed,width and haunching shall be done all as specified in SSR Part-II(2020).

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200 mm bore. Note: Thickness of PCC bed,width and haunching shall be done all as specified in SSR Part-II(2020).

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish out of MoD land.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8,Type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone ggregate) as in fondation filling and mass concrete.mixing of concrete using mixer only.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar/cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius,built in CM 1:6.

All as per Item No. 18.00 above but except brick.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster,any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M&L for rendering 15 mm in cement Mortar 1:4 on brickwork or concrete surfaces making fair and even without using extra cement. ( water proofing measured separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in , benching, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating formwork etc. as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete(reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish out of MoD land.

M&L for Providing precast Reinforced Concrete (1;2:4 Type B1) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate,set in cement Mortar (1:6) in landing, cover slab (for manholes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces.mixing of concrete using mixer only.

M&L for Reinforcementwith TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required includingcranking,bending sprirally and binding with and includingmild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia.

Cleaning of septic tank/soak well by pumping out of sludge using (honeysucker trucks i.e by mechanical means) water,effluent etc. and removing all loose sedimented sand sludge,grit,ash, rags fibre and stirringly material and its removal to sewage treatment plant or as directed and emptying completely and in a depth exc 1.00 M and n.exc 6.00 M all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note. Cleaning of septic tank/soakwell to be done on urgency basis within 24 hours of receipt of complaint through site order/telecommunication/any other electronic means failing which Rs 500 for each day delay from the date of receipt of complaint shall be recovered from the RAR or final bill of contractor as decided by the GE.cleaning of bushes to provided access for honey sucker truck wherever septic tanks are located in remote area or jungle shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate nothing extra shall be paid.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting patern "Orisa pattern" size 580mm x 440mm with trap white with intergral foot rest complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L Non Skid ceramic tiles coloured 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm , in floors etc.incl 15 mm thk screed bed (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tile.

Dismantling of PVC rain/vent/waste pipe any bore any postion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends, any radius 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends, any radius 110 mm bore with oval access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) branch piece, double (double Y) equal or unequal 110 mm bore with access door all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) junction (single 'T') equal or unequal, bore 110 mm with access door, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed 110 mm bore, any in length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floors along with PVC fixing clamp,necessary screws whrerever required complete all as specified and directed to mitigate site requirement.

All as per Item No.37.00 above but except pipes.

Cleaning of Manholes of any size and depth by pumping out or manually of sludge, water,effluent etc. and removing all loose sediment sand sludge, grit, ash, and stringly material and removal to sewage treatment plant or as directed by Engineer in charge . Note: The cleaning work to be execute within 24 hours of receipt of complaint failing which Rs 200/day shall be recovered from the contractors final bill/RAR as decided by the GE.

Cleaning the CI/SGSW pipe of any dia bore from WC/floor trap/Nahni trap to 1st manholes by rodding/choke remover manually as in foul condition after taking off manhole cover and placing the manhole cover in original position etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cleaning work to be execute within 24 hours of receipt of complaint failing which Rs 500/day shall be recovered from the contractors final bill/RAR as decided by the GE.Contractor has to detail two labour (safai wala) daily to attend complaint at complaint cell at 9 AM who will again report to Eng-in-charge.

Cleaning of existing sewage line dia upto 300mm dia by roding including removal of sludge and pumping out sewage water where required and finally flushing with clean water from manhole to manhole any dia all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: The cleaning work to be execute within 24 hours of receipt of complaint failing which Rs 500/day shall be recovered from the contractors final bill/RAR as decided by the GE.

Dismantling of old unserviceable display board of any description and any size incl mild steel supporting structure/stand for the same. Note: dismantling of display board shall be deemed to be inclusive of demolition of pcc upto bottom of post holes.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6,type C-2(using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete (FE-290 Gde E-165)

M&L for preparing new untreated steel or iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

S&F 1.60 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

M&L for writing letter to display board i.e. bldg No. any other writing of any size(not exc 10 cm in height) as required with stencil not exc 20-25 word in each display board including any symbol /sign over and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for special treatment to sunken portion with 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 by using Ditachment DM 1% by weight of cement and surface made smooth. After curing period, two coat of Ditachment DS shall be applied @ 2.50 Kg/Sm. The paste like consistancy is made by using 2.5 Kg of Ditachment DS powder in one litre of admixture (The admixture is made by dissolving 1 part by volume of Nafufill SBR & 4 part by volume of water). After 3 days curing, testing shall be done by flooding for 24 hours. Finally protective plaster coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 shall done by using Putz Ditachment 1% by weight of cement over layer of Detachment DS. All joints of CI Pipe, Nahani trap, WC connection etc. shall be filled by mixture of cement, fine sand and 10% Nafufill SBR by weight of cement. 32mm dia and 500mm long GI Spout light grade shall be provided in all sunken slabs to drain off water including taking down existing etc. complete. Note : work is required to be executed on top priority basis.urgency factor and extra labour cost shall be deemed to be included by contractor while quoting. Nothing extra shall be paid.

NOTE : - AMOUNT OF SCHEDULE OF CREDIT RS. 31,640.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL AMOUNT OF BOQ.
