NOTE :- Earth work , PCC covers , riddled earth , GI pipe for protection of cable will be measured & paid under under relevant items of schedule .

Supply and errect in vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP- 31 (09 mtr long) in replacement with 300mm x 300mmx6mm mild steel plate continiusly welded to pole, final taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embeded portion and applying one coat fo red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strip each 30 cm high with super enamel paint ( Black and yellow) from ground level / coping upto 1.5 m, painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaning height complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCC in foundation, copping, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items of sch.

Supply, install testing and commissioning factory made CPRI approved outdoor type LT panel board floor mounted, self supporting compartmentalised design of suitable size but not less then 1 Mtr X 1 Mtr X 0.300 Mtr, 440 V 3 phase 4 wire system powder coating provided with suitable to make it dust/vermin proof. The panel shall be made with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet,double door with front openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell be compartmentalized, front openable single door system lockable. Inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming/outgoing MCCBs, MCBs, motor starters and TPN aluminium bus and extension links. Aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps- 3Nos and 01 Nos for neutral of capacity 100 Amps, including neutral duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size/rating of epoxy resin insulator all housed in suitable bus bar chamber. All control panel wiring shall be with 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductors for power wiring between bus bar to each incoming and out going MCCB with adequate size of single core multistranded copper conductor cable of adequate size and shall be properly bunched,tied, ferrulled for proper indentification and crimped with adequate size of lugs and provision and fixing of Voltmeter,Ammeter with built in selector switch, CTs of suitable ratio, and pilot indication lamps complete along with provision of necessary cable entry/exit boxes for all incoming and out going cables with suitable size of cable glands etc. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided. The panel shall consists of following accessories:-

Note : (i) Electrical connection from switchgear to bus bar would be through copper strips of suitable size. (ii) The internal electrical connection for measuring instruments would be through multi-stranded PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size. (iii) The termination of incoming and outgoing cable into and from switchgear would be through properly crimped aluminum lugs of suitable rating incommensurate with that of switchgear. (iv) Cable glands would be provided for incoming & out going cables in panels. (v) The cost of fixing of the panel on suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded black trap/basalt/granite stone aggregates) foundation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor for the above item. (vi) The bottom of panel shall have minimum 60cm height from existing ground / floor level.

b) Voltmeter 0 to 500 volts of size (square dialed) 96 X 96 sq mm flush mounted, AC 50 Hz three phase energy accuracy class 1.0 including inbuild selector switch - 01 Nos

c) Ammeter 0 to 200 amps of size 96 X 96 sq mm flush mounted, AC 50 Hz three phase energy accuracy class 1.0 including inbuild selector switch and suitable ratio of CT's complete - 01 Nos

d) LED type RYB phase indicator lamp with back up HRC fuse - 01 Set

e) Automatic timer switich with suitable size of contactors, MCB and relay-01 set

Connection with Aluminium bus bar strip duly insulated with coloured sleeves /stranded copper cable of suitable size with thimbles.

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to 32x6 mm GI strip as earthling lead by means blots and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire gauge. CI cover with frame , 50 MM dia GI pipe light grade for protection of wire/strip etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata, returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I, connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion. (02 Nos fo LT Panel)

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600x 600x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia (GI wire) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron, earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) , re-inforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x3 mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of strata, returning filling in distance not exe 50 mtr and removal of surplas soil to plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (For security lights after every 5th pole)

Supply and Fix in replacement LED Street light fitting of 90/100 Watt (Cool White) including LED lens complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish, made up of high pressure die cast  aluminium alloy housing. The luminaries shall be totally enclosed, dust and water proof with minimum IP - 66 protection as per IS - 10322-1982(Part -I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140 - 300 V, AC, frequency 50 - 60 Hz, P.F should be more than 0.95 with Total Harmonic Distoration THD(I) less than 10% , cool white colour and lamp starting time should  not be more than 10 second fitting should be provided with 10 KV surge protection. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver .Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300 V, AC. Driver should also have double phase protection,no load , open circuit and short circuit protection . The efficiency of LED luminaries system shall be more than 100 lumens per watt and must be certified by the LM-79 test report and including provision of connection for street light from pole box with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable (upto the lenght of 9 mtr) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Supply and Fix in replacement LED Flood light fitting of capacity 250 watts made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and high power LED's and secondary lenses, having system efficacy greated than 110 lumen per watts with surge protection device included. The luminaries shall be totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP -66 protection pre wired up to connector including 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated cable for making connection (upto 9 mtr length), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. S&F in repairs Bracket for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long fixed with two sets of MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 50x6 mm fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts bolts and washers & two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note : MS clamps, nuts, bolt and washer shall be measured seperately under relevant item)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles stays laying of electric cables, pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 9 but in hard/dense soil.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft disintegrated soil complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for riddled earth for cushioning to under ground electric cable including spreading , levelling and hand punning complete all as directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured & paid .

M & L for road cutting/Foot path for laying GI pipe for protection of cable upto depth 90 cm incl including making good the disturbed road and redressing the disturb surfaces of road with filling concrete type D-2 PCC in 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed .(For HT/LT cable)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for Under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubes light grade, galvanized, 40 mm bore in repair ,laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable all as directed

All as per item no -17 but 80 mmm bore.

Plain cement concrete (PCC) type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate stone for making foundation of Pole/stay assembly

Plain cement concrete (PCC) type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate stone for making copings of Poles etc.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 40mm dia Medium grade (ISI marked) in repair laid in trenches/ path /road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling/ along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cable route indicator made out of Cast iron of dia 100 mm embrosed with LT cable, 1100 volts with 25mm x 5 mm GI flat of length 1 mtr including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel red colour paint over a coat of primer to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The rates are inclusive of excavation work .

S&F Junction box of size not less then 325x220x150mm, made of high quality thermo plastic polystyrene, weather proof, dust, jet water proof, chemical, acid corrosion, impact, insulated & shock proof IP 66 / 67 for outdoor Installation with internallly embedded gasket (PUR) including the box fitted with connector 8 way 40 Amps 01 No including Emlex stud type TB 4 Nos incoming / outcoming cable at controlled with MCB SP 6 Amps 01 No & enclosed along pole including fixing with steel tubular poles with two Nos FI clamps 25mmx3mm with nuts, bolts and washers complete and making connection with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor unsheathed FRLS PVC insulated 3 core from junction box to security lights fittings duly laid inside the streel tubular pole and bracket. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade, 3 core 1.5 sqmm cable and GI brackets will be measured separately . Make :- Sintex Cat Part No. GSJB-3726 or equivalent in Indokop / Hensel Note :- Cost of flat iron clamp is deemed to include in unit rate of this items.

Supply and fix (Geyser) Water heater storage type of capacity 25 Liters vertical type wall mounted including 15/16 Amps plug top with suitable wall supports and for manual operation, digital temperature display, feather touch buttons, built in thermostat, auto shut off, powder coated single line weld container with PUF insulation, heating element capacity of 2 KW, voltage rating 230 Volt, frequency 50 Hz, 5 star rated with and including steel braided connecting hoses of required length for Hot and cold water pipe, connecting to CPVC and GI pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Jaquar/Crompton/Bajaj. Note :- (i) The rates are inclusive of all the minor spares (Fasteners, Clamps, Nut bolts washers etc) required for making the geyser fully functional. (ii) The rates are inclusive of charges of OEM of the geyer who has to visit the site and brief the user about the functioning of the water Heater.

Supply and fix Hot water pillar taps 15 mm bore cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stop Valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down , high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed of size 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying pipe galvanised medium of 15mm dia class including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees required for reduce size as per site requirment, short pieces, connectors, back-nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plug, or laying in trenches or fixed to wall /floor/roof including cutting screwing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan steel body AC single phase , 230 volts of size 380 mm sweep with blades and frame and louvers complete all as specified. Note : (i) To be Fixed in Existing kitchen/toilet window (ii) The rates are inclusive of any civil work required to fix the exhaust fan.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 V grade multi stranded copper conductor drawn through non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade white colour and accessories in surface of walls/ceilings including 1.5 Sqmm dia multistranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, including 1.22 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes to provision of Modular switches to house switch/regulators etc including Modular Plate and Covers for one fan/light /bell point controlled by one switch/bell push complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 29 here-in-before but with 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable including 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable 1100Volts grade and 4 sqmm as earth continuity conductor for power socket (geyser point) on independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in - Charge.

Supply and fix modular switch 1 way 6A 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in industrial wall mounted plug socket suitable for 20 Amps rating, 2P+E including MCB of rating 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/Indoasian/C&S/Legrand

Supply and fixing miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of rating 40 Amps , 240 volts 10 KA , 'C' curve in the existing MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning. Make L &T /Legrand/Havells
