(iii) The complaint shall be attended with in 24 Hrs after getting it from Dept, non attendence will be charged @ Rs.1000 per day per complaint as penelty.

M & L,Excavation over areas in round shape Intake well and Jackewell at Dharana Pump house for removal of soft /loose soil from well including necessary Tool and plants and necessary safety tools areas n exc 1.5 m deep from the level of Water bottom in Wells . Notes for item No-11,12 & 13 :- Rate quoted shall include for following :- (i) During carrying out the subject work site will be handed over after the supply to the station /depending upon the status of supply to the station as directed by the Engr-in -Charge ,the same shall be noted by the contrcator and rates to be quotated accordingly. (ii) Removl of water upto the level where soil starts by necessary pumpimg arrangements including pumps. (iii) For measurement purpose the level from where soil/mud/ hard soil starts shall be measured. (iv) Contrcator is solely responsible for necessary safety and any mishapening during the subject work. (v) Quotated rates inclues all T & P ,pumps ,lighting arrangement and safety eqpts required. (vi) The work has be carried out in closed and inside the jackwell /intake well below/ more than 14M of depth.

Removal of excavated material (mud/Soil) to a distance exc.50 m but not exceeding 250 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point.

M & L for taking out old unserviceable LT panel by disconnecting all the cable and earth connections complete all as directed
