S&F in repair of Transciever automation for the water level Detector and controller with the feature mentioned here under comprising of following: (a) S& F Transciever must communicate at a distance of 3km -5kms range with each module must have the LORA/GSM or suitable communication module ( long range antenna) must work above 500 mhz and each module shall have a processor module connecting to the sensor, with the facility that the processor module to sense the low level (10-20%) and high level of the water level (90-100%) so as to raise the hooter and communicate with the other hardware modules with antennas (b) S&F transducer module wiring through the D sub connectors (MIL industrial grade are to be used). All the wiring must be shielded optical co-axial cable for connection to flasher and hooter. Rates quoted are deemed to be included for suitable flasher and hooter. (c) S&F Hooter 12V/5 Amp with suitable converter or hooter suitable for 230V AC Supply must be provided standard suspended rust proof stand Note: All the NPT cable glands must be used for the sensor interface and MCB controller board. (d) S&F 12V flasher with suitable converter or flasher suitable for 230V AC Supply connected with suitable 3 Core Co axial cable suitably crimped nicomatic connector. Note: All the cables to be drawn through suitable medium grade conduit suirtably fixed with clamps. (e) S &F of LED display board with superior night vision display to be provided at the receiver station. (f) S&F controller Board confirming to IP 65 protection 3D printed with EMI/EMC compatible FE 32 material for the enclosure. Note: (a) One transmitter for over Head Tank and one receiver for Pump House . (b) Contractor has to visit the site before execution. Any cable required deemed to be included in quoted rate. M&L for renewal of valve pit of size up to 80 cm x 80 cm x 80 cm (internal diamension), stone / brick construction including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation for mix (1:2:4) type D2 brick mansonary in cement mortar (1:4) rendering 12 mm duck in cement mortar (1:4) internally ,finished even and fair and polishing flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortor. Mild steel angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm frame MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the that as approved by the Engineer - in - charge over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embeded in PCC with two coats of black bitumenous paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm but not exc 5 cm in length, thickness of Metal to be welded exc 6mm but not exc 9 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting/drilling of existing DI/cast iron pipe line (Water Main) and tapping (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 1as required on site complete all as directed.

M&L for supplying,hoisting and fixing rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) as per IS12701-1996 (refirmed 2006) 0f under mentioned capacity with virgin food grade plastic,UV stabilised tank and lid,two layers protection with black outer layer for superior UV protection and white inner layer to see water level and tank condition including covers,hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including connecting the overflow drain out,Inlet and outlet pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed following capacity:- (a) Capacity of 2000 Ltrs

Material and labour for preparing old painted steel pipe surface such as Rising pipe (Red), Delivery pipe (Blue), Overflow washout pipe (Yellow) , distribution header, fire hydrant stand post and any exposed pipe and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for any bore GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repairs Pressure gauge of 4" dial 0-14 kgs rating with ball valve including taking up / down old unserviceable pressure gauge from any position and any addition / alteration for fixing required including taking down old u/s pressure gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of pipe any size and inserting of pipe using tee and joint to make branch connection with using of welding machine complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour in repairs for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall with suitable insulator on batten or recess or chasis or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or any other indicated situation for and connecting to test point terminal block with GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm including taking out old u/s earth continuity conductor complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for provn of Earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.50 M below normal GL, connected to Galvanized earth strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 mtr with protection pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl.
