M & L for spray painting to indoor/outdoor type, step up/step down transformer installed at different location of Colaba area after scraping throughly the existing corroded paint/rust, filing of cavaties and applying two coats of heat resistant paint of approved quality of required colour and writing the details such as SM/MES No. etc.of capacity 100KVA/160 KVA/ 200KVA/315 KVAall as per specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge .

Dismantling of Damaged Breather and Supply and fixing in repair of breather with 500 Grams silica gel of indoor type transformer 200KVA/300KVA/400/500 KVA, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Damaged thermometer and Supply and fixing in repair of thermometer(oil temperature gauge) for indoor type transformer, all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Material and labour for Servicing/Repairing of Transformer by disconnecting of LT and HT cable carefully from Transformer and draining out transformer oil, dismantling transformer top cover and dismantling of 4Nos LT bushing and 3Nos of HT bushing including necessary tools and plant for removal of sediments,carbon deposits at bottom of transformer tank, on core,on winding etc cleaning with new transformer oil including cleaning of oil tank and attending leakage problem with oil seal and all gaskets and re assembling complete parts of Transformer capacity 400KVA to 800KVA ,11KV/433Volt all as specified and directed. (Note : New Transformer oil and spare parts will be measured and paid separatley excluding oil seal)

Material and labour for loading into truck of faulty Transformer of capacity 160 KVA to 800 KVA with the help of Crain and shifting from site to factory premises and unloading complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for loading into truck of Transformer capacity 160 KVA to 800 KVA after carying out the repair with the help of Crain and shifting from factory premises to site and unloading and shifting it inside the sub station and connecting all HT and LT cable connections and earthing connections complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Dismantling the Core and taking out along with windings, replacing faulty winding and cleaning oil tank of transformer 160 KVA to 200KVA, 11KV/415Volts and removing sludges from tank, and all as per manufacturers specifications and standard practice complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Transformer Oil will be measured and paid seperately).

Material and labour for Dismantling the Core and taking out along with windings, replacing faulty winding and cleaning oil tank of transformer 260 KVA to 400 KVA, 11KV/415Volts and removing sludges from tank, and all as per manufacturers specifications and standard practice complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Transformer Oil will be measured and paid seperately).

Material and labour for Dismantling the Core and taking out along with windings, replacing faulty winding and cleaning oil tank of transformer 500 KVA to 800 KVA, 11KV/415Volts and removing sludges from tank, and all as per manufacturers specifications and standard practice complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Transformer Oil will be measured and paid seperately).

Material and labour for replacing Burnt out Studs and bushing with nuts of any material by providing new copper alloy stud with nut,washers and bushing on HV Side complete all as specified and directed for following capacity Transformer 800KVA/ 630 KVA/ 500KVA/ 400KVA ,11KV/433Volt .

All as in Item No 16 above but for Transformer capacity 315KVA/200KVA/160 KVA, 11KV/433Volt.

Material and labour for replacing Burnt out Studs and Bushing with nuts of any material by providing new copper alloy stud with nut,washers and bushing on LV Side complete all as specified and directed for following capacity transformer 800KVA/ 630 KVA/ 500KVA/ 400KVA,11KV/433Volt .

Same as Item No 18 but for Transformer of capacity 315KVA/200KVA/ 160 KVA ,11KV/433Volt.

Dismantling of old damaged Cooling Fins and Supply and fix in repair cooling fins of transformer of capacity 800KVA/ 630 KVA/ 500KVA/ 400KVA ,11KV/433Volt . as per manufacturer's specifications and standard practice complete all as specified and directed.

Same as Item No 20 but for Transformer of capacity 315KVA/200KVA/ 160 KVA ,11KV/433Volt.

M&L for making steel fencing stucture complete with two multi hinged gate for enterance and exit leaving 1m of distance between transformer and fencing for transformer of size 315KVA/200KVA/ 160 KVA.

M&L for making steel fencing stucture complete with two multi hinged gate for enterance and exit leaving 1m of distance between transformer and fencing for transformer of size 800KVA/ 630 KVA/ 500KVA/ 400KVA.

Supply and lay graded coarse aggregate of 20mm size underneath of transformer yard all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in Substations, transformer base fohndation and other electric installations complete all as secified.

Taking down plastering on lathing (other than wire - netting), without removing lathing, in cement mortar from the existing transformer platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10mm thick 1:3, on fair faces of existing transformers platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L electrical earthing complete with GI plate Electrode of size 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr. below normal ground level, with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr. below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron, earth lead strip protected by means of 32 mm bore dia light grade GI pipe up to switch board/panel board , all as specified and shown in MES schedule Electrical Plate No-5 of SSR Part I, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1, 40 mm thick cover slab with 6 mm dia MS bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways, with 6 mm dia MS hook, Charcoal dust, salt, funnel for watering complete and testing the Earth resistence and writing on the chamber by paint all as specified and as directed. Note : Value of earth resistance shall be less than 1 Ohm.

Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 3.15 mm, thickness n.less than 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep Below ground level) with top edge of the plate n.less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to copper earth lead 25 x 3.15 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 angle iron 40x40x3mm frame with pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover with XPM weight not less than 4kg/sqm and 6mm dia bar handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, dust and common salt light grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 05 mtr long and earth wire up to main earthing of pole complete all as shown in Electric Plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I, all as specified and testing on completion. Note : Value of earth resistance shall be less than 1 Ohm.

M&L for copper strip 32x6 mm earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles in roof of high rise bldg and as required by sadles not more than distatance of 50 cm between two saddles with jointing nuts, bolts /washers to wall/surface or recess of high rised buildings or burried in ground or any situation for loop all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs galvanised iron strip 32x6mm earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles in roof of high rise bldg and as required by saddles not more than distatance of 50 cm between two saddles with jointing nuts, bolts /washers to wall/surface or recess of high rised buildings or burried in ground or any situation for loop all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Gl tubing 40mm bore light grade in trenches/floor/fixed along pole for cable/earth strip protection with proper size of clamps nuts and bolts for fixing lighting conductor all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 32 above but of size 50mm bore all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs copper tubing 40mm bore light grade in trenches/floor/fixed along pole for cable/earth strip protection with proper size of clamps nuts and bolts for fixing lighting conductor all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 34 above but of size 50mm bore all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for charcoal dust and common salt with mixing in water for existing earth pit all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L funnel suitable for each existing earth pit all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L dismantling of PCC earth pit chamber and making PCC chamber of size as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part I with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 including RCC cover with suitable handle all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repairs Pit cover, cast iron 10mm thick hinged to Cl frame 40x40mm all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
