Materials and labour:- (i) Removing loose and broken concrete by chieseling/ mechanically up to depth of 40mm from soffit of slab, column, beam, chajja and similar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust/ dirt/ other foreign article etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (ii) Applying IPH RB-107 polymer based rust-remover (pH value-12) and applying IPH RB-167 Polymer based rust preventive (pH-9) to all exposed reinforcement bars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. (Make:-Thermax, Pidilite or equivelent make) (iii)Applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 15mm average thickness in CM 1:3 on surfaces duly mixing polymer modified 'Nitoband AR' make : M/S Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd @ 10 Ltr per bag of cement or equivalent in Harjas Coating & polymers @ 5% by wt of cement or equivalent make in Dr Fixit of Pidilite Industries complete finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded aggregate) as in landing, cover slab, chullah hoods, chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 6 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

M & L for use and waste of Formwork for rough finished surface to sides and soffits of beam, bressummers,lintels, cantilevers and supports etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of form work rough finished surface of concrete flat to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exc. 200 mm thick horizontal or slopping in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guide for sliding doors;fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410 W Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as per manufactures instructions with all fittings and accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 12 above but with plain sheet fix in valley gutter / ridge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth.

Dismantling wall & ceilling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium anodised snap grid false ceiling, for insulation and acoustic purpose, using standard aluminium sections of size 35.60 mm x 23.60 mm x 1.60 mm as in wall angle, 23.60 mm x 23.60 mm x 1.60 mm as in Main/ Cross Tees and 26.00 mm x 26.00 mm x 1.60 mm angles for grid of size 605 x 605mm suspended with 4mm dia. GI wire at intervals n.exc. 600mm centre to centre and fixed to roof truss with suitable size MS hooks and fastening bolts etc. from sloping/flat roof including 12 mm thick Gypsum ceiling boards of size 600mm x 600mm fixed with clips to aluminium snap grid including preparation of exposed surfaces of ceiling boards and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10 mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling on flat surface up to a height of 5 m above floor level, over first class kail wood strips 25x6 mm with 10 mm gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mesh fixed to wooden frame (frame work to be paid separately) as specified and as directed.

-Ditto- as per above item but for sunk or raised moulding complete all as specifie all as specified

Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling incl Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specifie all as specified

Cutting down small trees/ bushes from wall/ roof/ chajja of building including digging out the roots from brick work or any other structure portion of building including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer instruction and making good the disturbed portion by carrying out cement plaster/PCC and finally applying two coat of existing specification and same colour paints over a coat of primer to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. from existing water tanks of capacity upto 500 litres of any type and in any position and writing the date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete

M&L two coats of cement base paint to new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives on external surfaces of wall as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of walls by mechanical means, preperation of old surface and applying two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade @ 1.67ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.2kg/10sqm. Painting will be done by smart control machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated surfaces of walls prepration of surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including a coat of priming plastered complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over concrete surface. (b) Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method. (c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bitumiious aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane. (e) The make / treatment shall be from the one of the following manufacturer:- (i) 'Moply FP' of M/s Texsa (I) Pvt Ltd. (ii) 'Hyperplast' pf IWL India Ltd. (iii) 'Super thermpay' manufactured by M/s Shalimar tar product (iv) 'Hydroflame' of M/s Hydrotech Ltd.
