M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc. 63mm,depasited, spread and leveled in layer n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone of boulder.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base to floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling 50 mm under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 60 mm thick non skid pre polished coloured inter locking paver block made with eiectro vibro technology with rubber /pvc moulded of not less then compresive strength 30 Kg / cm shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidated formation surfaces with 8 to 12 ton Road Rooler complete all as specified and directed.

Soling (or sub base) spread thickness 150mm with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter sticesfilled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates Granite trap or Basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) for 1st layer 75mm and grading 3 (50 to 20mm size),) for 2nd layer 75mm thick spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces by brooming with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ 10Kg per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing SDAC. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.32 per Kg complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for thermoplastic road marking paint, white or golden yellow, conforming to BS-3262 applied on road/pavement as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, not exc 10 cm in width & of thickness not less than 2mm, with and including combination of retro-reflective glass beads 250-300 gm/ Sqm all as per manufacturer's instructions, using thermoplastic application unit etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete with Design Mix M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundations of and plinth beams

M &L re-inforcement concrete o fWalls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete with design Mix M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers,lintels.

M&L reinfornced cement concrete with design Mix M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as pecified and directed..

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter ® of flat complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter curved surface complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to edge of concrete RCC slab or RCC band exc 10cm wide but n exc 20 cm wide and rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for TMT bars 6 to 10mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending and spirally binding, with mild steel wire not less than 0.09mm dia or securing with clips as in Stirrups, binders, rings etc.

Rendering 15 mm thick in (1:4) cm (in two coats (15mm) with both coats mixed with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC will be measured separately).

M&L Mild framed works such as angles, tees , channels, etc as in fenching posts large and small gates and grills , gratings and chainlink fenching etc, including hanging gates in pillar with proper pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts ,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any des-cription, over 10cm in width or grith, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid on end vertically of the brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work in sub class 'B' Bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20mm thick in (1:4) cm (in two coats (15+5mm) with both coats mixed with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC will be measured separately).

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.
